Amazing Villa

My family and I had a great time at this location. It was peaceful and quiet—exactly what we were looking for. The place was secure, with privacy and a lot of space in the home and yard. The pool was nice and cool, and the beach area was the best part. It was equipped with anything you could ask for. My mother-in-law had her own space downstairs with a kitchen and living space. Golf cart, Bikes, Pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, and many more games to keep you occupied. The second-level deck area is all so amazing. We will come back and try other villas with this company. Great company that can give you a dream vacation.

Xmas Vacation

The beach is amazing and is kept clean of seaweed by the staff. Plenty of seating. Jacuzzi on a beach is so much fun. Covered seating area on the beach was fantastic as well. Fun water toys for adults. The pool was great for windy days or the end of the day wind down. The patio view kept our attention. With all of these great things, the best thing may have been the staff. From Fritz to James to Perla to the wonderful cleaning staff, they could not have made this a better or more carefree trip. Only downside is indoor furniture, but in the end, who cares, as we spent every moment possible outside enjoy the water, beach and incredibly well maintained grounds. We are already deciding when to go back.

Family vacation

The house was perfectly located from restaurants and the grocery store. The hot tub was great way to end other day. I loved the covered area and the hammock near the beach. The golf cart was so handy to have rather than driving our car to eat each night.

T&C Fun!

The property is amazing! We were 3 couples and had plenty of space. The unit is very well supplied with everything we needed during our stay including a large cooler and speaker to take to the beach. The golf cart was a hit & we used it to go back & forth to the beach and to dinner at the nearby restaurants. The beach set up! OMG! The kayaks, the paddle boards, the snorkeling gear, the beach chairs, the hot tub, the cabana & the view were above expectations! Smith's Reef was a short walk & we saw rays, turtles, a huge school of Yellow Jack (?) & much more! Super cool! The host, Perla, was amazing & helpful - making sure we were secure when some weather came thru early in our stay. Highest recommendation!

House is like a mini resort

Fantastic property, beach is pristine and close two great snorkelling reefs. Access to bikes and golf cart were helpful and the house came with all the amenities you would need. Great proximity to Turtle Cove Marina which has excellent restaurants. Highly recommend!!

Tropical Oasis

We loved our stay here. They had everything we could possibly need. The property was beautiful, kids loved having a huge property and beach to run around. We enjoyed our encounters with Fritz when he was working on the grounds. We only had to drive to the grocery store and town center to buy souvenirs but everything else we could walk to. We’d definitely stay there again!

If you’re wondering if everything they show on VRBO pays of, it does. Everything you see is real. Better than we could have hoped for. Plus great restaurants a short walk away. Amazing place!

Great first trip to Turks and Caicos!

The Reef Pearl was an outstanding property and location. We had the best of both worlds for us, sandy white swimable beach and great snorkeling. The house had everything we could ask. The golf cart was a great addition. Would recommend for couples, groups of friends, and families of all ages.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our time on Reef Pearl. I didn't pay attention enough to realize that the PRIVATE and LOVELY beach was a quick walk from the property, and there aren't great/close ocean views. But it was no big deal and the use of the awesome golf cart made it easy to haul beach stuff back and forth to the beach. The downstairs open air game room was an amazing way to get the kids out of the sun in the afternoons and have family foosball and ping pong tournaments. The pool was perfect and immediately adjacent to the house. There are lots of outdoor areas (hammock, porch, beach chairs, and pool chairs) to enjoy the beautiful weather. The use of 2 separate spaces was ideal for our 2 families vacationing together. We will be back!

Unbelievable property with all the amenities of a 5 star resort

We stayed at the villa during spring break with 2 families. The Villa is awesome, it is stocked with everything you need to not go anywhere else and enjoy the beautiful beach all day every day. From fully stocked kitchen with excellent appliances, to a game room with pool table, foosball table, darts, etc..., to awesome amenities on the beach, this is the best house that we have ever stayed at. Looking forward to booking and staying there again next year.

Perfect location and beautiful home and property

The location on Grace Bay Beach was gorgeous! We were close to top restaurants at the marina and a short drive to the resort area, but our very private beach was away from the crowds and we could swim out to snorkel on Smith Reef. The house came with a private pool, and a beautiful hot tub overlooking the beach that comfortably sat 8 and was a favorite. We also had snorkel gear, kayaks, paddle boards, glass bottom canoe, pool toys, bikes, a cabana overlooking the beach with lounge chairs, and a golf cart that carried 6. Downstairs there is a game room with pool table, foosball table and darts. We had a great blender for boat drinks, 2 full size washers and dryers and basics for cooking like spices, foil wrap etc. TC Villas was great to work with and the owner of the property even stopped by to make sure everything was perfect. Our entire family loved every minute of this vacation and loved this property.

Reef Pearl

This lovely home on Grace Bay Beach was perfect for our family vacation. We had seven adults, two teenagers and one 4 year old. The amenities were great for everyone. If and when we go back to TCI we would try to rent this facility again.

Great Vacation House!

The host was super accommodating and welcoming prior and during the trip. The listing was accurate, there were actually more fun toys and perks available to use than the listing suggested.... like a brand new golf cart that was super fun! We had an amazing time and I would 100% recommend Reef Pearl. Turtle Cove is very central to lots of restaurants/bars. My group was really happy we didn't stay in Grace Bay which was too touristy and crowded for our taste. Reef Pearl was the perfect house for us.

RP First Stay

This was our first stay at the Reef Pearl ... and we plan to come back and stay again! The pictures of this place do not do it justice. The house, amenities, and location are so much better than what you see when looking on line. The house has a great floor plan, very comfortable furniture, and the table outside on the corner of the balcony is the perfect spot for all meals, or just sitting with a cup of coffee looking out to the ocean and enjoying the breeze! The spot with the beach chairs is slightly up above the "public beach" and is perfect for lounging with privacy, then stepping into the ocean. The beach here is great! Good snorkeling is within 200 feet of stepping onto the beach. It is in the best location for walking to restaurants at Turtle Cove marina, which has a good selection of reasonably priced restaurants. We did not have children, but this would be an ideal place to stay with kids also.

Beautiful House in great location

We had three couples stay at the Reef Pearl House. It was easy to find, convenient location to a nice Marina at Turtle Cove, and some local restaurants. Also close to the IGA on Leeward, but groceries and alcohol were very expensive. We were there in April, and the pool was very warm and comfortable. The beach was nice, but sloped and has very soft sand. Kind of hard to walk in. The hot tub did not work after one night, so we were unable to use it. This was the only downside of our entire week. We took excursions through Big Blue in the Blue Haven Marina, about 20 minutes away. The house was clean, neat and had two separate living quarters. The beds were King in Master, King downstairs in separate quarters, and double, (supposed to be Queen) in smaller bedroom. Nice kitchens with plenty of cooking utensils, and dishes. The upper floor has a beautiful wrap around deck. A large game room is in the garage area, and a play area for anyone with children. Lots of snorkel equipment, sailboat, kayaks are available also. Our house manager could be contacted for any problems we had or information that we needed. He was wonderful and very helpful. Security guards are on premises around the clock, but speak little English, and are very helpful and friendly. We felt safe and enjoyed our trip to the fullest. The Reef Pearl House shares a tennis court that is quite large with the Conch Pearl house next door. The houses are far apart, and very private. Our private beach had plenty of chairs and we spent most of our days enjoying the breeze and snorkeling right out front. There is a beautiful reef, Smith's Reef a short walking distance from the house that is spectacular and teeming with all kinds of fish, turtles, coral and memorials on the bottom floor. Large TV's in Living Room, Bedrooms and nice Stereo for some good Island Music while enjoying the view from the upper deck on the comfortable furniture. I would highly recommend this vacation property.

Comfortable home, many amenities, beach okay

The villa is two completely separate apartments. Upstairs has a king MBR and a child's bedroom with a full-size bed. The lower apartment on the ground floor is a king-size 1 BR. Both apartments have separate kitchens. The only way to get from one to another is walking around the house and going up a flight of stairs. Both apartments are comfortable and well-appointed. The upper apartment is the only one that has balconies/views (which are beautiful). The management of the villa was top-notch. A few issues (broken hot tub, broken garage door) arose during our stay and they were easily reachable and responsive, getting things fixed within a day. The house is well stocked. Great gas grill. Sharp knives, a nice selection of cookware, dishware (including toddlerware), spices. Blender, toaster, coolers of various sizes, foil/wrap/baggies. Beach towels provided, many beach toys, sports equipment. The televisions have HDMI cables so if you've got your own entertainment device you can plug it in. The swingset outside is very nice. Portions do get too hot to use when in full sun, but it's well shaded and in convenient view from the balcony or the garage game room. The beach area is a minute walk down a rocky path -- you can't walk it in bare feet. The large sitting area (shared with the neighboring villa, painlessly in our experience) was well arranged, plenty of chairs and loungers, sun and shade both, a hammock, and a hot tub. It's all separated from the actual ocean by a large wide planting of shrubs, which gives you privacy but does block the view of the waves. The beach itself was well tended, but it is narrow here and sloped -- not like at the resorts. The water gets deep quickly, and you can't watch a child play on the shore from the seating area. Our 4yo daughter found the waves scary, and in early February the water was just too cold to swim. If you are traveling with a small child you are much better off staying on Sapodilla Bay or Taylor Bay if you can manage it. We ended up driving to those much shallower beaches most days, which defeated the purpose of renting a beachfront place. The pool was also too cold to swim in until after 4 days of 85 degree days. Minor things: the front gate is manually secured with a chain and a combination lock and is a massive pain to open and close anytime you go out. The staff were all friendly, but it felt like someone was always around -- a tiny bit obtrusive. Overall a nice place.
