Kombinationen av plats, bekvämlighet och lyx är svårt att matcha. Vi är belägna i Carlsbad Village. Platsen är sant perfektion med så många fantastiska restauranger och affärer. 1 kvarter från stranden som lagts upp i bilderna, där både de övre och nedre strandpromenaderna börjar och det finns en trevlig åtkomstramp, strandbad och även ett bemannat livräddare torn under sommarmånaderna.

Nybyggda och möblerade, detta är en av de trevligaste lägenheterna i Carlsbad och överensstämmer med ett 5-stjärnigt lyxhotell, men med 2900 kvadratmeter, ett gourmetkök, 4 stora sovrum, ett säkert privat 2 bilgarage och en havsutsiktsmästare med en otroligt tak däck som ser ut till det vackra Stilla Havet och Carlsbad Village. Inget behov av att köra ... gå överallt eftersom det är nära nog att komma och gå från stranden och byn hela dagen när du vill göra din egen sak eller i en grupp.

Mästaren Sviten ligger nära 800 kvadratfot med en stor walk in closet, ansikten västerut till havet med en underbar bris och en liten utsikt till havet. Plysch master badrum med badkar / bubbelpool och separat kakel / glas dusch, hans och hennes sänkor, separat makeup räknare och en egen toalett med dörr. Befälhavaren däcket har en spiraltrappa till den privata 12 x 12 taket / soldäck med vackra havet och utsikt över byn.

Vi byggde dessa condos själva med särskild uppmärksamhet på detaljer, lyx och total komfort! Vi kan inte vänta på att bo hos oss ... det är en fantastisk plats som våra gäster fortsätter att komma tillbaka till år efter år!

Spent a week here with our son and his family. This is a lovely, very spacious rental in a prime location, steps from shops and restaurants and the beach, not to mention Handel’s ice cream and The Goods donuts! The private two car garage is such a plus in this popular area, and Kimmy is super responsive, so quick to reply whenever I had a question! Highly recommend, we hope to be back!

This house was perfect for our Cycling camp. Very close to the beach and great restaurants and coffee shops. Very large bedrooms wonderful outdoor sitting area and very quiet beds were very comfortable.

First off, the location is perfect! Close to the beach, coffee, restaurants, shops, we didn't even rent a car, just spent a few days exploring the town. The house was great. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, everything was clean. We have no complaints and would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect stay for our family with 4 kids (2-7 years) and in laws. Condo was clean, a 5 minute walk to the beach, and equipped with all beach necessities-wagon, chairs, toys, towels. Toys, games, high chair, pack and play made it perfect for younger kids. Communication was quick and easy. Could not ask for a better stay and will absolutely stay again if we travel to the area!

Great place in great location

This is our 2nd time staying here - still great! Very clean, well stocked, lots of beach items, and comfy beds. We walked to everything, including the beach. This is the best location in Carlsbad. We’ll be back!

Fantastic condo center of Carlsbad!

Wonderful condo - roomy and well maintained. Host was easy to communicate with. Loved all the amenities, and easy walking to State Street with so many restaurants (and Handel's ice cream!). Would absolutely stay there again.

There were enough room for everyone in our group. We used all 4 bedrooms and enjoyed the spaces available inside and outside. We could park the two cars that the 6 adults and 2 toddlers drove to the condo. The ocean view was visible from the upstairs bedroom. Some walked to the beach twice on our stay. A few enjoyed the closeness to the Cafe to get coffee in the morning. The host was available to answer all of our questions. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to come to Carlsbad for stay. Very close to Legoland and also to Oceanside to go whale watching.

Great location!

This rental worked very well for us. It’s a great location for walks to the beach, shopping or restaurants. All was clean, well stocked and in good working order. It was just the two of us but the home is huge and seems well suited families. Would consider staying again on our next trip to Carlsbad.

Family Spring Break

We have stayed in Carlsbad on a regular basis over the years and the spot of this VRBO is highly desirable. Home was wonderful and perfect for our family. Only negative is we had no functioning dishwasher for the 6 day stay.

Absolutely Perfect

We were very comfortable and so happy with condo. It is well maintained and very clean. The location is fantastic and the area was very quiet especially for being in the heart of the village. We had everything we needed and Kimmy was so great to work with. Can’t wait to stay again!
