Cozumel Perfection

We hit the jackpot with this property at the Landmark. The unit was beautiful, with a gorgeous view of the water to the west and south. The property was spotlessly maintained and the staff were exceedingly helpful. The location near the Money Bar, with easy access to the southern beach clubs and pier access for scuba pick-up was ideal. We will be back.

Everything we could hope for.

Spacious, modern setting with all the amenities and an amazing view. The only criticism would be the money bar across the street that is somehow affiliated where the beer is warm and the service is terrible. I never been to an establishment where you place an order and watch your waiter go talk to seven other guys standing around for 30 minutes and finally remember he has a job. The condo itself was impeccable.

Our unit number at the Landmark is 410 and it is an A1 unit on the sunset side of the property. That means it is on an outside corner with direct front views to the ocean. The property has 63 units and only 5 are A1-Sunset units and ours is one of those 5 units located on the 4th floor. If you love sitting on the deck, looking out over the Caribbean waters watching the sunset with a drink in your hand (as we do) than maybe this is the place for you.

We know the island very well.
• Want to plan a SCUBA dive? We can help you arrange for private dives that pick you up at the pier on the property.
• Want to learn how to SCUBA? We can hook you up with a dive master that will teach you what you need to know and he will (if needed) hold your hand every bit of the way.
• Want to snorkel? There is rental gear available on the property.
• Want to know what are the top 10 must visit restaurants to visit on the island, we know them.
• Want to know where the best beaches are located and when is the best time to go? We have the answers.
• Rental car. We can make recommendations for the “best deals” but you do not need one. We can hook you up with a cab or two that will take care of all of your needs and at a cost much lower than having a rental car.
• Want to take a day and explore the “Other side” of the island? (A must do event). We can hook you up with a driver and a van as well as make some recommendations of where to visit.
• Tennis anyone? There are tennis courts on the property and they are lighted for night play.
