The location was perfect, close to restaunts and stores but still quiet. It was just what we were looking for. All staff were friendly and helpful. The view is outstanding and the beach is beautiful. Comfortable furniture made us feel at home.

The property is well maintained, and the condo was clean, with very nice furniture and decorations. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is centrally located and well stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking pots, pans, etc. The balcony has a wonderful view of the beach, with no obstructions.There are two elevators that are fast, and we never had to wait. The beach is very nice. The entire property was safe and peaceful. We would definitely stay again!

This unit was great and very clean. The host was very kind, and immediately responded and fixed the issue when I had a problem with the code. However, the building itself is very outdated.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed this unit for our summer family vacation. The kitchen, bathroom and a few other items appeared to have been remodeled, which was very nice. Pheonix VIII was very clean and kid safe. We highly recommend.

Wonderful stay in Orange Beach

We had an amazing vacation! The condo was just beautiful! We loved the updated decor. Everything was so pretty. The furniture was comfortable and the beds were comfortable too, which is kind of rare for a rental place! 😊 The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ask for! Plenty of dishes, pots, pans etc. If you needed it, it was there! The views were incredible, right on the beach! It is so nice to be able to walk right out of the condo and have the beach right there! There are plenty of restaurants close by. It is a perfect location. We just had such a good experience I hope we can come back. Kim is just great, she responds quickly if you have any questions and is super helpful and friendly! I definitely recommend staying here!

Quiet and relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay. The access to the beach was perfect and after a long day the condo was extremely quiet at night. It was everything we could have hoped for. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful views & Stay

We enjoyed watching dolphins from the balcony daily. Condo is clean, comfy, and updated. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

We loved staying here! Amazing spot overlooking the gulf. The rental was perfect for our family of four. Super clean, gorgeous place! The location was close to everything we wanted to do. We would rent this place again, highly recommend!

Great experience!

We loved our stay here! Check-in was easy, the location is perfect, the condo is recently updated, communication with owners is efficient, and everything was exactly as described. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone visiting Orange Beach!
