This unit is located on the 11th floor, with direct gulf views. Phoenix X condominium is located in a great location approximately 10 miles east of Hwy 59, in Orange Beach, Alabama. The balcony features breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and is located beside Flora Bama.

The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.
