We really enjoyed our stay. Sunrises on the deck were amazing. We caught several fish. We made a lovely spaghetti dinner one night. It was wonderful being so close to the beach. Only thing we were missing was can opener.

House was very clean with plenty of beds to sleep. Both decks were great for fishing. Host communicated frequently and responded to any messages quickly. Would stay again.

We had an amazing time. The Sea Isle Vibe is the reason you go to the beach. Fishing the canal behind the house at night was awesome, caught tons of speckled trout on Marker 54 Shrimplettes.Overall a perfect stay. I will 100% re-book this property in the future.

The house had everything we needed. It was a great place for our group of friends to hang out for the week. The decks were both awesome! Coffee and breakfast on the top deck and fishing off the bottom deck.

We stayed for the month of February, communication with hosts was great during our stay. House was clean, with comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, and 20 minutes to Galveston. This home exceeded or expectations. Galveston has so much history. We made great memories and highly recommend.

This was absolutely perfect for a group of 12!! The boys were absolutely fascinated by the back of the house and being right on thr water!!! They spotted a Stingray, a blue crab and so many fish!! Absolutely great!!!

This property is in a good location. The home itself needs some TLC. This home is good for a group of males to hang out and fish the channel. The raised deck is really nice. Some of the fixtures in the house are worn and in need repair or replacement. We had a great time fishing the channel. But the interior of the home was a bit of a turnoff for my family. This is due to the couch having mismatching seat cushions and looking raggedy. One of the showers has an extremely hard to turn shower valve. The oven didn’t work. There are no chairs available under the deck for sitting and fishing the channel. There are lights under the deck which are nice to have while fishing. Overall we had a good time. The host was very welcoming via text and I appreciate that.

The canal was super fun to fish from and catch crab and other fish. The hosts were easy to communicate with and the house had updated kitchen appliances that were very nice. We enjoyed our time there and would certainly re-book this property again in the future.

Overall, the property was okay, but it didn’t quite live up to our expectations. The location was nice and convenient to the beach, and check-in was easy. However, the home showed some wear and tear, and could have used a better cleaning before our arrival. ( mold in the showers). The furnishings felt outdated. There was no ladder to get out of the canal. Several of the blinds were broken. On a positive note, the a/c worked very well.It wasn’t a terrible stay, but for the price we expected a little more attention to detail and maintenance. With a few improvements, this could be a much better rental. I’d consider staying again if those issues were addressed, but I would also look at other options before booking.
