This home is on one of the most desired streets in San Fernando. It's close to the Metrolink and 20-30 minutes away from most of the Los Angeles landmarks. It's a great home for groups or families to vacation and enjoy all of LA has to offer!

The property has a unit directly behind the main house that may have guests. The guests will access the unit through the side gate and side porch.

There is a charcoal grill that is available for grilling. If you would like to use it please bring charcoal.

This is a family neighborhood. No parties, loud gatherings, or loud noises.

The city of San Fernando has it’s own police department and they are quick to respond to any issues that arise.

The pictures make it look good

The house and property are older. Light switches are in odd locations, but once you find them, you're good to go.There are sticky notes with reminders all over the house.The kitchen has been recently renovated and is beautiful. One of the bedroom doors has been cut-out at the top and bottom. There is no door on the master bathroom and the toilet is in direct view of the bed.The towels were in the hall closet. They were not matching sets. Closets had curtains over them with personal belongings within.Bedrooms have lights shining into the windows. Not pleasant for sleeping, but I'm sure better for safety of the property.When talking to a local about the area of town, she was afraid to go there at night.I did not feel unsafe, but I also would not feel comfortable walking around by myself. It was quiet, however, and close to restaurants.The backyard was large with patio space.Washer and dryer are outside. You are expected to strip the beds and wash your linens.If taking family, I think it is a good choice. For my coworker's and my needs, I would not choose to stay again.

Amazingly Peaceful

My family and I booked this for a very low-key celebration of my father's 75th birthday, and just to spend time with him. It was such a beautiful space. The kitchen was amazing and great for cooking. The rooms were great. I appreciated all of the little touches that made it feel so homey. Thank you!

Great Place

Overall, this property was wonderful. Incredible kitchen and patio. Three great bedrooms and 2bathrooms. If there was one thing I could recommend it would be reading lamps in each of the bedrooms.

Excellent Stay in great location.

This property ticked all of our boxes. It was close to Six Flags and Universal studios without having to stay in the busy heart of LA. It was a safe and clean neighbourhood which was very Important for us. The property for very spacious for our family and it had everything we needed. This was a great property for anyone wanting to stay in LA

Worked out great for us!

We had a nice stay. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The light switches were hard to find the first day - but no big deal. We were looking forward to the hot tub mentioned but we could not see one anywhere - unless you call the jetted tub a "hot tub". But overall, the neighborhood was quite, it was clean and well kept and it suited our needs for a quick trip to SoCal!

Everything as described...

The property worked out well for the primary aim of the trip; taking some developmentally disabled young men to Six Flags: Magic Mountain. It was conveniently located, clean, and more then met our needs.

Great Stay

Overall it was a great experience. I think it would have been nice to have the house cooled down prior to us coming as it was 116 degrees outside, it was around 90 degrees inside the house. I also would have liked updated pictures because in one of the pictures it had a trampoline outside, when we got there it did not and one of the reasons we booked. Kitchen was lovely and well stocked and beds were comfy. Would stay again. 😊

Great location

Super clean and safe house, with everything needed in there to be comfortable. Had a little hiccup with the AC, but the owner answered very quickly to our messages and got it fixed as fast as she could. Great large kitchen, comfortable beds. Check in was super smooth, had messages beforehand to reassure us that everything would be as planned. Would definitely recpmmend

Family Vacation

This was a wonderful home to come to every evening after a busy day of site seeing. The bedroom are very spacious and roomy for comfort. There is plenty of restaurant and shopping near by as well. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was great, but I was so disappointed that there was not a hot tub like in the advertisemen

The property was nice. Did not have a hot tub as listed. There was a hole in the front yard that my daughter twisted her knee in. I put a safety cone in it so no one would fall in it again.

Spacious House in a Nice Neighborhood

This house is a great value in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen and dining room is very modern, spacious, and well-equipped. The outdoor patio is very accommodating and comfortable for outdoor gathering and relaxing. This is a great house for an affordable price!

20th Anniversary get-together

The house is beautiful and clean, with great hangout spaces: a dining area near the amazing kitchen, a comfy living room, and the patio. Checking in was a breeze, and the owner was responsive to questions during our stay. I hope to stay here again for future reunion-style get-togethers.

Guest House on Property too

This is an older home with a brand new kitchen. The house was fairly clean. The main bedroom was updated. The other two rooms were much older with older furniture. It would have been nice to know ahead of time of the other guest house on the property. It could be a nice for larger families.
