Master bedroom w TV, 2nd and 3rd w TV bedrooms. Living room w 4K TV and Xbox, Family room with pool table. Dining table for 8, full kitchen with indoor laundry. Dedicated parking, WIFI. 8 guests. No more than 12 people at property at any one time.

SEPERATE GUESTHOUSE ON BACK OF PROPERTY. This property has two rental properties. The main house listed here is completely separate from the Guesthouse located at rear of property. Check photos to see layout of property. Both have private entrances and dedicated parking. We do not allow parties on the property and have guidelines for noise to keep all neighbors happy.
CHECK-IN: Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. Due to the added time needed for the enhanced CDC cleaning requirements we are unable to allow early check in or late check out at the current time.
PARKING: This is a dedicated space for TWO vehicles on the center of the drive way with a sign. You can also park another vehicle on the street if needed.
GUESTS: You may only have a maximum of 16 total people on the property at any time. No loud or live music. Please note that you are responsible for your guests and their compliance with the house manual and rules.
DRINKING ON PROPERTY: No underage or excessive drinking is allowed on the property. Responsible drinking by adults is allowed. However if you drink to the point of throwing up that is excessive. This requires additional cleaning and you will incur a charge of $250 should this happen.

Patio Lights go off at 11 PM and it must be quiet so the neighbors are not disturbed.
INSIDE LIGHTING: The lighting system is a panel and has 5 settings. the first button turns all lights on, 6th button is to turn everything off. The panel is labeled.
AIR/HEAT: Thermostat is set on NEST control in hallway. Just set the temperature there to cool or heat. You are welcome to do what is comfortable. All rooms have ceiling fans. These can be operated by remote controls.
TELEVISION: There are three TV's one in the living room, one in the master bedroom and one in the 3rd bedroom. TV's have a subscription to NETFLIX. There is no regular TV stations available. You can log into any accounts you have. Please make sure to log out.
SAFETY: A security camera monitors the driveway and areas surrounding house for security purposes. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS IN HOUSE.
WASHER/DRYER: These are full size units and are located in the kitchen area. Typically there will be detergent available just in case but we suggest you get your own depending on what you prefer to use.
MASTER BEDROOM: located at end of hallway on the left with a King bed and an attached 3/4 bathroom. The shower has a stool.
BEDROOM 2 has a queen bed and bunkbed with 2 twins.
BEDROOM 3 has a trundle bed with two twins and a TV
BATHROOMS: There is a 3/4 bathroom attached to the master bedroom and a full bath in the hallway for other bedrooms.
PATIO: The patio has a table with umbrella and chairs for 4 people. No music outside. No noise outside after 9pm.
WIRELESS NETWORK: Yes WiFi is available. You will have access to the name and password once you arrive.
SECURITY: The outside areas are monitored 24/7 for your safety and insurance purposes.
SMOKING: is permitted in patio outside only. No smoking of anything inside the house. Some of our guests are sensitive to smoke and we appreciate your cooperation.
