This property needs some serious updating. Stained carpets, ripped and worn furniture, unfinished floors, old nasty paint spattered tile floor, closet doors falling off, extremely sticky floor, electronic device wires hanging out everywhere, old used up cookware, shag rug needs to go, soft spots on the stairs, toilet handle and seat loose, dishes had dried food on them, Stairwell up to the condo was a mess, condo had a odd smell, was never given a passcode to Wi-Fi. We had a great time and the best part of this condo is the outside screened in patio. I would say this condo needs some serious attention.

Folly Beach Work Trip

This trip offered a dual purpose.....business meetings and some shopping for marinas and investment properties. The unit itself is an ideal location for relaxation off of James Island and Folly Beach. The location was actually better than we anticipated. We did experience some issues at the onset (first day). Once we got the ball rolling, the management company took care of us over the next 24 hours until the issues were addressed (Thank you Angel!). Again, great location and walking distance for all of Folly Beach area.
