This is a fantastic spot. The view is incredible and the beach is a very cool and laid back place to hang. It right off Center st where the restaurants and shops are. The parking was easy and the host was very responsive and responded to all questions that day. We highly recommended this place for a relaxing beach trip

Love the location, so close to everything and right on the beach! Furnishings were average, but we didn't spend a bunch of time in the room, we were there for the beach. Comfortable place and felt like we were part of the beach. Our host was very friendly and attentive.

The views are amazing and it was perfect for 2 people. Easy parking and beach access and perfect spot in Folly, walkable to everything. More than 2 people would be tough (sofa bed is pretty worn out). Host was great and communication was excellent. It is a shared laundry room so just make sure to lock the laundry room door because the laundry room connects to the apartment next door.

Clean room, beautiful beach view from balcony. Comfortable king bed. We had an issue with the AC one afternoon but the owner & property manager were quick to act. AC was back up and running that night. Appreciated how they kept the lines of communication open. We had a great time and plan on returning next year.

Location and view is unbeatable! Sitting on the balcony was just like sitting on the beach but you didn’t have to deal with umbrellas or sand. Stacy was very responsive when I had a couple of questions. If we didn’t live 8 hours away, we’d be back every year.

Beautiful view of the beach and fishing pier from this third floor walk up unit! The home was stocked well with everything we needed for our stay. We contacted the property manager several times and she was quick to reply and address the issue. Convenient walk to everything on Folly. Perfect location and so great to have an assigned parking space for our use.
