Skyline View
Located in the brand new Natiivo building, just around the corner from the Rainey Street District, Skyline View is an upscale, uniquely stylish, condominium unit with some of the best views in the building and the city!
Completely refurnished with modern contemporary furnishings and décor to provide a more modern, upscale look and distinguish it from the other units in the building, but did we mention the views! Rooftop pool and fire pit two floors above and gym with Peloton's on 10th floor.
The space
Natiivo is the newest residential condominium in Austin with upscale furnishing and amenities.
Skyline View has a full kitchen with dishes, utensils, glassware, bakeware and small appliances. It also has a full-size refrigerator (with ice maker and water inside the doors), stovetop, oven and dishwasher. Full size stacked washer and dryer are also inside the unit.
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the expansive balcony overlooking downtown Austin and Lady Bird Lake.
Guest access
Guest will have access to all of the amenities in the building including the heated rooftop pool, gym, yoga studio, multiple outdoor terraces, lobby with WiFi, lounge area (with coffee and cocktails!), and private stationary bike rooms. One small storage closet off the entry is off limits to guests.
Other things to note
Upon arrival, guest will be issued two key fobs. The key fobs must be left on the entryway table upon checkout
