Welcome to our new place completely remodeled located by Starved Rock State Park. If you are looking for a cozy, romantic home to spend your vacation , holiday: (Christmas, Thanksgiving or Easter in our beautiful decorated house ) we are here for you . We are located 2 min from Starved Rock State Park , Grizzly Bear Resort and River . Near Parks : Matthiessen State Park , Buffalo Rock State Park , Pirate’s Key Indoor water park (20 min drive ) . Our villa is an oasis of relaxation and activities. Located 90 min from Chicago. You can spend your time in our jacuzzi ,play games , reading books , watching Netflix , stop by the small city nearby. You can also welcome your friends in the community gazebo with live music and picnic tables .

Provided: paper towel, toilet paper, hair dryer, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, coffee, tea , washing and drying machine.

Our 1800 square feet Villa accommodate a maximum of 8 people witchout extra charge .The resort has designated barbecue areas, barbecuing , fireworks, bonfire near the houses is prohibited.
Villa is privately owned !!! We are not connected to the hotel . For all outside activities pool , golf itc tickets must be purchased separately. The house has a ring doorbell camera installed on the front door.

We felt lucky to have found this place. Extremely clean. Lots of little touches you don’t find at most accommodations. Made some great memories here. Walked the neighborhood at night and felt safe. Walk across the street to Starved Rock State Park trails.

Convenient and very comfortable

Our stay was short but filled with activity. The townhome was very well stocked and super convenient to everything Starved Rock.

Girls’ trip

We had a wonderful time staying here on a girls’ weekend trip. The accommodations were as listed and all was communicated clearly with the owner. Everything was clean and nicely updated. It was just a short drive to several hiking trails and towns for convenient shopping/dining. We will definitely be back!!

My friend & I stayed a few days to see Starved Rock, & go to the Ottawa Wine fest. The Unit was lovely! Plenty of space, even for a larger family. Decorated so cute and lots of blankets, games, books & bath amenities. Aneta was a perfect host, she responded very quickly to any questions.The location is so close to the Park, Unica and all the surrounding areas. It's behind the Grand Bear resort & you can walk over to the Big Deck Bar & Music. Good salads & bar food. It was very quiet at night.

Excellent place for our mothet-daughter getaway

The perfect little getaway!

This property is absolutely amazing! It's clean, comfortable, spacious, and every long bit of cozy! Great little restaurants nearby and within walking distance to St. Louis Canyon entrance. Easy drive to the parks! Aneka was a great host and we would definitely stay here again!

One of the best rentals you will encounter!

Aneta’s property is truly lovely and the decor is amazing! The seasonal decorations were not only adorable but such a surprise. The condo is larger than it appears in photos and we loved the open concept. Aneta supplies everything you would need for your stay. The linens are high quality and plentiful. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and there are cozy blankets everywhere. The only negative was that we had to leave. We will definitely book this property again when we visit Starved Rock. Thank you, Aneta, for sharing your condo!

Beautiful home! Highly recommend!

The home was extremely clean and spacious! I’m picky when it comes to cleanliness and everywhere in this rental was completely clean. The bathrooms are newly remodeled and are beautiful. The pictures don’t show how large all the rooms in the home actually are. We cooked dinner and the home had all of the things we might need. Starved Rock State Park is only a few minutes drive away. The weekend bands playing were fun along with the cornhole and miniature golf that was only a short walk away. I HIGHLY recommend this place! Just FYI to future guests, the door code isn’t sent until the morning of check-in. I did have to reach out to the owner regarding that because VRBO indicates we would receive it 3 days prior to check in. The owner was quick to respond anytime I messaged.

We loved our little nook set back among the trees. Very clean, very quiet!. Every kitchen item from the coffee maker to the pans was nice! No junk that I typically see at rentals. The home was very nicely decorated too!

Beautiful home away from home!

If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable, and spacious place to stay, you've hit the jackpot. Aneta has thought of every ammenity possible, from the laundry/kitchen at the entry, then the dining/living room, and then to the bedrooms upstairs. In addition, the space is beautifully decorated with simple but elegant decor and the entire Villa was spotless. We will definately be returning asap for our next Starved Rock adventure!!

My friends and I have rented a couple other townhouses in the area. This one was great; it’s been updated and very nice. There are plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. to cook anything you’d like. The place is very clean as well. We’ll be staying here again when we come to Starved Rock.

Suck a wonderful place for our anniversary!

This place was so clean and smelled great when you walked in. The location is super nice. I would rather stay here than the park because of the location and the easiness to access everything. The owners provided so many extras and where easy to deal with. The downtown blocks in Utica where awesome and they even had dueling pianos one night. Leaves changing were beautiful! This is a must stay if you are in the area
