Nice home , nice neighborhood

Home was nice and in a nice neighborhood but needs attention. Shower half was missing , blinds broken , base boards need cleaned , comforter had some mystery stains on it , very limited towels and wash cloths ( had to go buy some ) property manager never responds ,feet were always black from the floor , pool had cameras which made us uncomfortable as we had children , very limited cooking supplies , pot and pan sticks horrible to clean . Check in was a hassle and gate personal never could reach host .

Family vacation

The location of this home was close to all the attractions in the area. We were able to go to Disney, Old town very conveniently. We do wish that the home was a little more accessible to our large group. There was few places for us to sit as a family. In the kitchen/living room area there was only the small table and the bar stools. With the rules of the house we could not eat/drink in either living room. So when it came to breakfast we had to do it in shifts, so that we could sit down. Also one of the rules is no shoes in the house, which is fine, but the floors were very dirty. We had black bottom feet/socks the whole time. Also if you want to stay here, make sure you bring your own toilet paper, paper towels and extra towels/washcloths. They only provide 2 towels per room, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels When you have a group of six staying you will run out on day 2. Also the area has a strict rule on placement and taking out the trash. I tried to reach out to the owner to see if due to the holiday the trash was still need to taking out on the days that they required because if I failed to do so, I would be charged a fine of 50.00 and the owner said she would charged my card. After no response, I asked the neighbor who explained to me that this home was not following the trash rules. So I reached out to the owner to explain the rules that they didn’t know. So please make sure you read all rules before staying here.

Large house spoilt by uncomfortable furnishings

We stayed at this property for 10 weeks, We were pleased when we arrived at the home, it's in a great location but our experience there was spoilt by the uncomfortable and inadequate furnishings, if you are thinking of renting this villa please consider the following. Lovely large pool area but only 1 sun lounger and it is North facing. The home has 2 new large TVs one in the living area and 1 in the master bedroom and no other TVs in the home. Excellent strong WiFi throughout the home. The master bedroom has no closet, as it has a padlock on it for an owners cupboard. All other bedrooms have new beds but only one has a side table and one has a dressing table with a mirror, other than the 2 bathrooms there are no other mirrors in the home. There are only 2 bathrooms between the 4 bedrooms. The dining and breakfast area have high top tables which we found difficult to use. But the most annoying thing was the extremely poor quality and very low corner sofa in the living area, it was impossible to get comfortable on, in fact we bought 2 IKEA chairs to use while we were there. The agent was very helpful and after complaining they did provide an outdoor dining set as, again, there was only a high top bar set there. This home, as is, would be extremely unfomfortable to accommodate 10 people, we were unfomfortable and there were only two of us. Sorry to say, but, this is a lovely home spoilt by it's sparse and inadequate furnishings.

Beautiful house in quiet surroundings

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Orlando can be reached by car in about 30 minutes. Shopping facilities can be reached in a short distance. In addition, both the Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico coasts are easily accessible in 2 hours. We found the house very clean. The equipment was exactly as described in the offer and has left nothing to be desired. The booking process through FeWo was easy. However, the payment dates given there differ from those of the landlord. Communication with the landlord is exclusively via mail, which makes things unnecessarily complicated. Regardless, we felt very comfortable and are very satisfied with the accommodation. We can highly recommend the landlord and the house for a vacation in Florida (especially with children). We will gladly come back to this offer.
