At first, the unassuming entrance mutes the thrill as you first walk in through the front door or garage. Next, prepare to be wow'ed by the vast expanse and multiple-level outdoor areas overlooking the canyon behind. The top / ground floor houses the main dining and gathering areas with seating for 8 at the table and plenty of space for friends and family to gather around to enjoy a meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. Charlie the Pelican is famous and you may even see him down at the Oceanside Pier! Make sure to grab a selfie with Goldy the Gorilla! The office on this floor provides privacy for you to tuck away for a conference call. Follow the stairs down to the bottom floor where you will find the movie lounge area where you can cozy up for a new flick or games. The couch is so comfy, you might fall asleep! A kids room (No ADULTS!) under the stairs has games and puzzles suitable for a range of ages. These two bedrooms are equipped with queen beds, storage and a reading light. The bathroom on this floor has a bathtub, perfect for bath time after a long day at the beach! Finally, head out back and around the side to the separate studio with queen bed #3 along with a pull out sleeper couch. The studio encompasses a kitchenette, workspace, and full bathroom perfect for an additional couple or small family.
City of Oceanside Short Term Rental Good Neighbor Policy
STR Guest Responsibilities:
1. Parking. Vehicles shall be parked in garage, driveway, and on-site designated parking spaces whenever possible. Please avoid parking on street if on-site parking is available. No vehicles shall be parked on a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent properties.
2. Occupancy. The maximum number of occupants shall be two adults per bedroom plus two people per unit (including children).
3. Daytime Guests. The maximum number of daytime guests allowed in a STR unit shall be 10 guests, regardless of bedroom count. Daytime guests are allowed between 7am and 10pm.
4. Noise. Any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noises as defined in Section 38.17 of the Oceanside City Code shall be prohibited between the ours of 10pm and 10am.

This is a quiet, secluded street in downtown Oceanside (Seaside neighborhood) west of the I-5 freeway, walking distance to the heart of town or the Ocean! O'side is The O’riginal SoCal Beach Town. It’s where wide sandy beaches and historical landmarks come with a side of street art and world-class culinary talent. Walk or Cruise less than 1 mile down Mission Avenue or Civic Center Drive to Downtown Oceanside and the Beach. Easy walking and freeway access to all of Southern California's greatest attractions.
Walkable to all the best of Oceanside. The Oceanside Transportation Center is less than 1 mile away (nearest Breeze bus stop is even closer!). Take the Sprinter to Pala Casino or the Coaster to San Diego, or the Amtrak to Canada!
After confirming your booking, we ask all guests to provide a $500 deposit, complete a point of contact form, and renter agreement. The hold is released after 7 days if no incidents occurred during the reservation.
All kinds of bugs and roaches are common in the coastal region of Southern California and I do my best to keep them under control with traps and preventative pest treatments, and sometimes they still find a way to make it on to my property and inside the house!

Rule #1 - Be respectful of the neighbors. No party policy per AirBnB and violators will be kicked out immediately if reported by neighbors.
Quiet hours 10pm-7am.
Do not tamper with smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm or security cameras.
Do not flush anything that has not passed through you first down the toilet.
Do not send mail to the house without obtaining written permission first.
No smoking in the house - You are welcome to smoke outside but please be mindful of open doors and wind (420 friendly).
Contact me immediately if you have any issues with the house and do not try to resolve them yourself.
Guests are subject to a $250 charge if rules are not followed.
