Welcome to our spacious vacation home in beautiful Nokomis, Florida! Nestled between Sarasota and Venice, our home offers ample room for your entire group to relax and unwind. With six beaches within a 20-minute drive, including Nokomis Beach and North Jetty just 7 minutes away, you'll have plenty of opportunities to soak up the sun, go fishing, boating, or explore the surrounding areas.

Whether you're traveling for work or pleasure, our recently renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home boasts nearly 2100 sq ft of open floor plan living space. Enjoy the many extras included in the home, such as a large covered and screened lanai, a fully fenced private backyard, and comfortable sleeping arrangements for your group.

The master bedroom features a king bed with a plush 10" foam mattress, a 46" smart TV, and a dedicated office table for catching up on work. The master bathroom offers an oversized, fully-tiled shower, two separate vanities, and a large walk-in closet stocked with amenities.

Additional sleeping accommodations include a queen bed in bedroom #1, a queen bed in bedroom #3, a pull-out couch in the flex room/family room, a large couch in the living room, and two inflatable mattresses with an automatic air pump.

We also offer amenities such as baby cribs, adult sleeping cots, and a wheelchair ramp upon request. Plus, our location is convenient to local restaurants and stores, with Nokomis Beach and North Jetty just a short drive away.

We welcome furry family members, with a pet fee of $100 for the entire stay. Please let us know your dog's breed before booking, and remember to keep pets off beds and couches and clean up after them in the large private backyard.

With free on-site parking for up to 6 cars, you'll have plenty of space to park without worrying about street parking. Please note, we do not permit parties or events without prior arrangement.

We have just spent a wonderful month at this property. It’s in a nice neighborhood and was a lovely house. Alex was very prompt to handle any questions or incidents that came up (which were few). I would love to stay at this property again, highly recommend.

Great house

Totally enjoyed the house and area of Nokomis. The house had plenty of dishes, towels, and utensils. Weather was cooperative too. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by on the water. We totally enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

good location and house looks like pictures

pros: good location house is exactly as seen in photos kitchen is a great size cons: the toilet in the family washroom didn't work so well ( got stuck on flushing ) ice maker on the fridge was not functioning overall it was a good stay I suggest something be done to the back yard to make it feel homey and usable

Beautiful place!

We absolutely loved this house and hated to leave! It was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The beds are so comfortable and there was more than enough room for our group of 8 (including extra bedding for the pull out). They have everything you could need from the kitchen to the bathroom and the beach supplies for us to use. And its located in a great area with several restaurants and a quick drive to the beach. Alex was quick to respond to us when we had questions. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Our stay at this property could not have been any nicer. The location is ideal...close to beaches, towns of Venice, Sarasota, Nokomis and more. The house is well appointed, other than providing our own food the property had everything one could ask for. The esthetics were even better than we expected...all being first class. The property host was accessible, communicative and overall a great host. We would definitely recommend this property.

Spacious and comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Great kitchen with all the items needed to prep meals. Also appreciated the coffee pods for a quick cup of coffee. Comfy bed in the primary bedroom. My husband enjoyed working out on the lanai and had no issues connecting to work. Aleksey was easy to contact and very responsive.

What a wonderful stay.

Location location location. 5 minutes to the beach, groceries stores within 2 minutes, plenty of wonderful restaurants. Loved the clean and comfortable home. Beds are very comfortable. Home offers lot of extras with snacks, toiletries beach chairs, umbrella, kids toys, beach bags and cooler. Plenty of beach towels too. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can think of, even an air fryer for quick meals. Outside screened lanai area is massive with patio furniture, couches and outside dining table.

Perfect

This was our first time using Vrbo and the house was just perfect. My three year old cried when we pulled back up to our own house. Everything was exactly as posted. When we pulled up to the house, we notice the outside garbage cans were knocked over from the wind. The owner came out as soon as I notified him to clean it up. The hospitality was everything and I will definitely look into coming back!

Beautiful property

My husband and our two young granddaughters spent three nights at this property. We have family in Mission Valley and in Venice so this property was perfectly situated for us. Our son and his wife just had a newborn so we did not want to stay with them on this trip. The house is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean with everything you would need. We really only spent a few hours every evening there since we were with family but wish we had more time to enjoy the home. It is located in a great neighborhood and close to Publix and shopping.

We have lived in beautiful Florida for 5 years. Over the years we have had many friends and family come visit so we decided to invest into a vacation home to accommodate them better and share this home with other vacationers to enjoy Venice/Sarasota and surrounding area.

We chose Nokomis for it's small town feel with many amenities and close proximity to Sarasota. Nokomis is a prime location to the Gulf, restaurants, outdoor activities and shopping. Nokomis is just 20 minutes drive to downtown Sarasota and 15 minutes to Siesta Beach.
