This was great place to stay! The beach was just a few minutes walk. We ate at 2 restaurants that were 2 minutes away and they were both great. One was Social Tap which was a big place with great menu and lots of TV s.The other was Tacos Pierpont which had great taco selections. The beach was great and there were great bathroom facilities in the round about.

Perfect Location!

The back yard was such a great place to sit and visit and enjoy the weather. The short walk to the beach and restaurants was amazing! I’d stay here again!

Great stay, close to the beach

Very clean place and is seriously just steps from the beach. Host is very friendly and communicates well, would definitely come back here for another stay!

GREAT location!

The place was fantastically located just a super short walk to the beach and great restaurants around. Clean and ready to go for us when we arrived we were able to settle in quickly and very much enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable and cozy

Well appointed duplex, plenty of space for 4 adults and our grand-daughter. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, great location! Close to the beach and lots of very cool restaurants! Will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay!

Our family stayed in this adorable house for a long weekend and it was wonderful. The process was simple, we were steps away from the beach and had ample activities games to keep us busy. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE, and everything was clean and ready for us to enjoy. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Great stay

We were visiting family so we didn’t have time to take advantage of the beautiful yard. The home was perfect for us with an assortment of breakfast and coffee options. Would definitely recommend.

Nice little place

Great location next to beach, restaurants and shops. Weather sucked so we couldn't use the nice outdoor space but it's a good setup.

Location with perks!

Great place to be - steps from the beach. Walking distance to restaurants, groceries and more. Two cruiser bikes for fun around town and on the path. And a soothing hot tub. Victor was super responsive- we had a great stay.

Perfect Location

Our stay was great. The home had all you could want for a family vacation. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful backyard, and it was great to have a grill to use. The location was perfect with the beach so close as well as many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Adorable Beach Bungalow

Beach bungalow is steps from the beach. Beach colors in remodeled bathroom & kitchen. Backyard is lots of fun with games, fire pit, jacuzzi, ping pong. Victor house manager is attentive, responsive & helpful. Easy check in and nice to have parking in garage and in front of garage. Lovely place to stay!

Great House, Great Location!

This property is exactly as described a d shown. The location was amazing. The outdoor space was superior and provided a lot of entertainment. Great places to eat and the ocean were just steps away. Will definitely return!

Cute Pierpont Spot

It was an excellent stay for us-perfect for what we were looking for: just a nice quiet spot near the beach to relax and hang out. Went for walks a few times a day and the amenities and decor at the house made the stay very welcoming and comfortable. Especially loved all the entertainment provided in the backyard and how close it was to local restaurants and the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you, Victor!

Pierpont gem

Love this cute little property right in the heart of Pierpont Ventura. As locals to the area, we love being able to stay close to the beach and local restaurants, and this place is a great value in that respect! Literally steps from lots of local family-friendly restaurants. Also lots to do in the actual place- love the backyard! This was our second stay at Victor’s place, and we definitely see ourselves coming back.

Fabulous beach house

Perfect little beach house for our family's adventure in Ventura. Nicely situated steps from the beach, and great coffee, restaurants in the Pierpont neighbourhood. Victor, manager, was great to communicate with and was prompt with any questions. Backyard games and hot tub were a big bonus - making this a very special week. Definitely recommend for groups under 6

Nice, easy spot with great backyard

Fun backyard games and close walk to beach (less than one block) made the stay. The alley is a little rough, as are the folks loitering there. Hot tub was fun, though not very hot - follow the directions to keep the cover on whenever not in use. Super close to groceries and In & Out which was a hit with the teens. Good for our quick stop along a coastal trip.
