Over 1945 luxurious square feet awaits you in this extended Winslow Courtyard Villa in the Alden Bungalows. This stunning home boasts three bedrooms, two baths, and a two-car garage with a 4 Seater Golf Cart w/Roadside Assistance.
Numerous restaurants, shopping, live music and dancing, and a weekly farmer's market are only a six minute walk to Brownwood Paddock Square.
Smoke-free and pet friendly. Rent long term or by the month. Utilities include: electric (if less than $200 allowance), wireless high-speed internet free of charge, trash removal, lawn care, pest control, garage door openers, and gate passes. TVs in the living room and master bedroom.
Like indoor/outdoor living? Beat the heat inside with central AC and ceiling fans, as you're surrounded by quartz counter-tops throughout, beautiful white cabinetry, elegant tray ceilings, and both hardwood and ceramic tile flooring. Then step through the large sliding glass doors to a spacious covered lanai and fully fenced private yard.
Feel like staying in to cook? Our open kitchen is fully equipped with an electric range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, double bowl sink, and small appliances such as a Keurig coffeemaker, toaster oven, blender, tea kettle, etc. The living room is fully-furnished with a sofa and a love seat, and a Smart 65" TV and tons of extra space. The master bedroom comes complete with a king-size bed, matching dresser with mirror, nightstands, TV, spacious walk-in closet, and an attached master bathroom with walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, matching dressers with mirror and nightstands. Electric washer and dryer are provided in a separate laundry room. All linens and towels are provided.
There are now at least 36 executive courses that you can play for free, and 12 championship courses available at reduced rates with your temporary resident ID pass.
You could not ask for a more ideal location. The Grand Traverse Plaza is only a six minute walk or two minute golf cart ride away! The plaza also includes a Publix grocery store. A short walk to Brownwood Square or in two minutes you can ride a 4 seat golf cart.
The Florida Turnpike is a ten-minute drive and Route 75 is minutes away. Shuttle service is available from Orlando International airport on a daily basis at a reasonable rate.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
