The open chef's style kitchen boasts a top-notch range with delicious Alder wood cabinetry complimented by sleek and contemporary accents. The three bedrooms, each with its own design personality, are sure to please those in your group.

The home also includes two dedicated work areas, yoga and fitness essentials, as well as an indoor fireplace.

The idyllic neighborhood of Los Compadres is located in the southern end of Palm Springs, preferred for its protection from winds up north. The nearby Smoke Tree Village is perfect for groceries, restaurants and those late-night ice cream cravings. You're also minutes away from destinations like The Parker Hotel and the Ace, while Downtown Palm Springs is only a 7 minute drive.

POOL HEAT: Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
-November–March: $75/night
-April, May, October: $50/night
-Not needed in other months

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

HOT TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-City Ordinance requires guests submit a government-issued ID to Ryson prior to you accessing the rental property.
