Cute house with lots of knickknacks and cute stuff. The management is very responsive and was kind enough to give me an early check out and check in. The house could definitely use a deep cleaning and a magic eraser throughout. Lots of dirty walls. The master shower had a lot of chipped paint, furniture had some marks on it (sofa and stool), sheets had some marks on them, headboard and sides of bed had red stuff which may have been juice. Before you book you should know that you need to âpick up the keysâ at a physical office. There are no keys to âpick upâ. They give you the code, have you sign the same exact documents you signed online (as stated by the associate), provide your ID, and your credit card. Lots of cicadas on the property. The noise was so intense at some points during the day that when I would go inside my ears felt as if there was a drop in pressure. I would wake up to a few dead or half dead every morning. I saw one âunfavorableâ bug a landlord would call a âwater bugâ outside on the patio but thankfully not on the inside of the house. This house has the ability to be a five out of five but needs a little more TLC. I donât think I would stay here again.
