Entire apartment. First floor private porch and private bedroom entrances. Perfect for long stays. Home comes with hbo max, zeus network, netflix, YouTube tv, paramount+ and Disney+. The area is quiet the basement has a dryer and washing machine. There is a cricket field near by which is perfect for walking a dog or just relaxing by the river. There are great eateries in the area and the neighborhood is extremely safe. Perfect distance from downtown providence, Massachusetts and Smithfield. Johnston is les than 100 feet from the residence. There is a projector in the living room and a 45 inch smart tv in the bedroom. The kitchen has a Double sink, microwave, waffle maker, refrigerator/freezer, stovetop/oven with a light/fan , and an airfryer . The black out curtains make the vibe of the house consistent

Great Host - Great price

The apartment was easy to find, thanks to the host. Cute little apartment, was as advertised, which was nice. (No bad surprises!) The host is fantastic, very friendly and easy to communicate with. Neighborhood was a little rough but location was 12 minutes from the state park that we were visiting (ideal) and the price couldn't be beat. Plus there's fish!

My employee refused to stay after arriving. He reported dirty kitchen and bathroom, lights not working, and noisy fish tank that couldn't be quieted. We relocated him to a hotel.

Good and Bad

We wanted a property that allowed dogs so we could bring our pets with us. However, we got lost because the actual address took us to a warehouse and it took over an hour to get in touch with the host. Saying that, the key was left inside an unlocked property. The apartment itself was not clean, hair/grunge in the tub, needed a good vacuuming and the closet smelt awful. But on the other hand, it was a nice location with a wonderful outdoor space to walk dogs just outside the door. Which was great. The host did a good job staying in touch with us after we found the location. The place was ok, has a lived in vibe. The bed was great and the projector was nice too. If I had to, I would stay again.

Exactly what I expected

The host was an excellent communicator and got back to us quickly for the few things that we needed. The place looked exactly as pictured online and was plenty spacious for my husband and I plus our three dogs. This was true even with all three crates set up. It was a smidge dusty for my liking is my only major complaint. It was 20 minutes from Providence and had plenty to do in the immediate area.

Cannot even describe this experience. Paid in full. Stayed less than 30 mins and then found a hotel.

Felt like staying in a friends apartment :)

Personal touches and comforts were in every room. Beyond amazing and quick communication! Property wasn’t professionally vacation rental cleaned, but we also weren’t charged a professional cleaning rate. Way more spacious than the pictures show. Could not argue with how good the deal was. Comfortable stay.
