Pool's Paradise är ett nyligen uppdaterat 4-rumslägenhet med boende för 14 utformade för avkoppling i det populära samhället Seacrest Beach på vackra Highway 30A. Lyxiga detaljer inkluderar 10 "tak, kakel och trägolv i hela, gott om garderober, designmöbler och nya bekväma madrasser på alla kung sängar.

Den nedre kungen sovrummet är bekvämt beläget utanför foajén, och har privat tillgång till en charmig hall bad med pärla bord wainscoting och kaklat badkar / dusch alkov. Vardagsrummet längs baksidan av huset ger enkel åtkomst till den djupa, täckta veranda och privat pool (uppvärmd mot avgift), med grönområden utsikt över. Det finns en utomhusdusch för snabb, bekväm sköljning före eller efter användning av den privata poolen. Njut av att titta på filmer på den enorma 55-tums plattskärms-HD-TV och gratis Wifi. Det rymliga köket är en gourmet fröjd med egna skåp, varv av bänkskivor i granit och rostfria vitvaror. Det finns middag för 8 på teakbordet, plats för 3 mer i frukostbaren, plus ett bord för 6-8 bassängen.

På övervåningen finns 3 fler sovrum, inklusive en rymlig mästare med king size-säng och egen tillgång till en täckt balkong med utsikt över poolen. Det lyxiga badet har en stor, kaklad duschkabin och separat bubbelbad flankerad av stora fåfängligheter. En annan kung sovrum ligger ner i hallen och har tillgång till balkong, plus privat tillgång till en stor hall bad med kaklat duschkabin och dubbla fåfänga. Bunkroom har en tvilling / full våningssäng (med rulla) och tillgång till balkong. Spiraltrappen stiger till ett tornrum med Full Size BunkBeds och eget badrum, plus sol balkong med utsikt över taket.

Seacrest Beachs berömda pool i lagunen ligger bara 100 meter från din ytterdörr, och gränsar till amfiteatern, med (säsongsbunden) levande musikalisk underhållning. Gå till stranden via en handflata, eller ring spårvagnen för leverans till dörr till strand (säsong).

Seacrest Beach ligger på Timpoochee Trail, en asfalterad gågata / cykelväg längs Highway 30-A; en lätt halv mil promenad eller cykeltur i båda riktningarna tar dig till sina många shopping och matsal erbjudanden. Fyra stora shopping, restauranger och nöjen destinationer ligger i närheten, bland annat: Grand Boulevard, Silver Sands Factory Stores, Destin Commons och Pier Park. Great pool and outdoor area

Really enjoyed our stay. Clean nice house with a well stocked kitchen and nice pool with large outdoor space. Location was ideal.

Perfect house

We loved our time at this house. The pool was perfect and the living room was lovely for hanging out in. The management company was great and very informative. The only disappointment was that the upstairs lofted bedroom didn’t have AC. Aside from that we truly had a great time

This house was great!

We really enjoyed this house and it was as advertised. There is a back door alarm that blasts every time someone opens the back door to the pool area, but other than that we loved the house.

The heated pool was a key feature during our stay !

The house was ideal for our extended family. Outdoor pool, patio and green space /park behind the house was wonderful. The location was very convenient to walk to beach and village. Tram stop was right on the corner!

Enjoyable Weekend

Reviewer Comments: There was some poor communication in regards to check in between reserving and getting into the place, so I was very nervous about how the stay would go, but the house was beautiful and the online photos didn’t even do it justice. The amount of beach available for guests was minimal but the house and staff communication during the stay was excellent. The house was lacking some kitchen items for cooking, but other than that we had so much space, the furniture was super comfy, and guests of the trip were asking for the link in case they wanted to come back in the future!

Best vacation ever!

Spent a week with friends and family cooking and swimming in the most wonderful pool. Clean and well maintained. Kitchen equipped for cookers. We warmed the pool. It was a good idea. Best place we’ve ever stayed.

Great House in Seacrest

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time here. House was as described with multiple large bedrooms so even extended family is comfortable coming along. Staff is responsive to texts about issues or just general questions. The only issue we had was the outdoor gas fire pit was not functional even after they came out to change the propane tank and attempt to fix it.

Great Beach House

Reviewer Comments: Very clean house. Loved the spacious kitchen area and abundant dishes and cook ware. Walk to the beach was short and the tram to the beach was just steps away. Enjoyed having the pool to relax in after a day at the beach. Also enjoyed the firepit in the evening. The beds were comfortable as were the other furnishings. Easy walk to Rosemary and it was nice to have the bikes also. Overall, it was a great location. I would definitely recommend this house for your beach stay.

Great house but beach access disappointing

The house was exactly as advertised. We loved the pool and it easily accommodated our three families with infants, toddlers and adults. The beach access was terrible and the community pool was closed 1-1/2 days of our stay.We ended up driving to a public beach. It would have been nice to know in advance about the beach access limitations. Management company was professional and responded quickly and checked in with us frequently.

Beech Issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you come to this area to enjoy the beeches, then you should rethink your choice. New rules restricting access make the beech experience untenable. Avoid Seacrest at all costs. The house itself needed a deep clean due to poor drainage, but was acceptable. The personal pool made the stay. The staff of Royal Destinations was very responsive and helpful. But, once again the beech limitations are ridiculous and we would not recommend this area of 30A (after 25 years of vacationing in the area) to any family.

Awesome week at Pools Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a wonderful week at Pools Paradise! 5 of adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room for all. House is in great shape and looks so much better than the pictures. The private pool is large and such fun, we used it every day after the beach. We had issues with the dryer not work properly but management was very attentive and I was notified a day after maintenance came out, that a new washer and dryer were to be delivered. Also don't worry about needing your car once you arrive, you can bike everywhere and two are available for your use at the home as well as a tram service that picks you up and takes you to the beach, although it's a short walk there. We would definitely stay @ the property again and recommend to a friend. The kitchen was impressive: tons of appliance, flatware, serving ware, organized, etc. Great location: close to pool, tram stop and Seacrest Village. Unfortunately, both the pool @ the house was very cold and the Seacrest community pool was cold. We were disappointed b/c the rental company told us ahead of time the community pool was heated. The property was clean and very well-maintained. The rental property management app was great and easy to use. The washer and dryer need to be updated. We had to reuse the dryer several times to get 1 load dry.

Perfect Family Getaway!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We couldn't be more pleased with our recent vacation to Seacrest Beach, and Pool's Paradise was the ideal rental! We took our first "all family" vacation and this home was ideal for all of the couples and their children. The private pool was wonderful and the short stroll to the gorgeous, well maintained community pool was a breeze. We were also pleasantly surprised by the easy walk to the beach and, when we had gear to carry, the call for tram pick up was seamless and we never waited more than a few minutes. The home was beautiful and very spacious... and extremely clean. Other than the need for a pantry or additional cabinet space for food, this rental literally had everything else a family would ever need! The entire staff of both Royal Destinations and Seacrest Beach couldn't have been friendlier or easier to work with. Every family member agreed at the end of our stay that Pool's Paradise provided everything we needed to enjoy one of our best vacations ever, and we will definitely be renting this property again in the future. Thanks to the owners and Royal Destinations for a week none of us will every forget!!!

Could have been better

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1. We couldn't enjoy an indoor/outdoor experience because the door to the pool could not stay open for longer than 15 seconds at a time. The downstairs windows could not be opened either. 2. The beach chairs rental agreement ends on 10/31, so you have to pay $35 for chairs and an umbrella. That isn't stated in the paperwork. 3. The dryer took 2.5 hours to dry 1 load... we had 6 children in the house. 4. No window coverings on the front and back doors? Really? 5. Internet wasn't great.
