Pool's Paradise är ett nyligen uppdaterat 4-rumslägenhet med boende för 14 utformade för avkoppling i det populära samhället Seacrest Beach på vackra Highway 30A. Lyxiga detaljer inkluderar 10 "tak, kakel och trägolv i hela, gott om garderober, designmöbler och nya bekväma madrasser på alla kung sängar.

Det lyxiga badet har en stor, kaklad duschkabin och separat bubbelbad flankerad av stora fåfängligheter. En annan kung sovrum ligger ner i hallen och har tillgång till balkong, plus privat tillgång till en stor hall bad med kaklat duschkabin och dubbla fåfänga. Bunkroom har en tvilling / full våningssäng (med rulla) och tillgång till balkong. Spiraltrappen stiger till ett tornrum med Full Size BunkBeds och eget badrum, plus sol balkong med utsikt över taket.

Seacrest Beachs berömda pool i lagunen ligger bara 100 meter från din ytterdörr, och gränsar till amfiteatern, med (säsongsbunden) levande musikalisk underhållning. Gå till stranden via en handflata, eller ring spårvagnen för leverans till dörr till strand (säsong).

Seacrest Beach ligger på Timpoochee Trail, en asfalterad gågata / cykelväg längs Highway 30-A; en lätt halv mil promenad eller cykeltur i båda riktningarna tar dig till sina många shopping och matsal erbjudanden. Reviewer Comments: There was some poor communication in regards to check in between reserving and getting into the place, so I was very nervous about how the stay would go, but the house was beautiful and the online photos didn’t even do it justice. The amount of beach available for guests was minimal but the house and staff communication during the stay was excellent. The house was lacking some kitchen items for cooking, but other than that we had so much space, the furniture was super comfy, and guests of the trip were asking for the link in case they wanted to come back in the future!

Perfect house

We loved our time at this house. The pool was perfect and the living room was lovely for hanging out in. The management company was great and very informative. The only disappointment was that the upstairs lofted bedroom didn’t have AC. Aside from that we truly had a great time

Great House in Seacrest

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time here. House was as described with multiple large bedrooms so even extended family is comfortable coming along. Staff is responsive to texts about issues or just general questions. The only issue we had was the outdoor gas fire pit was not functional even after they came out to change the propane tank and attempt to fix it.

We really enjoyed this house and it was as advertised. There is a back door alarm that blasts every time someone opens the back door to the pool area, but other than that we loved the house.

Great Beach House

Easy walk to Rosemary and it was nice to have the bikes also. Overall, it was a great location. I would definitely recommend this house for your beach stay.

The BEST vacation

Great house but beach access disappointing

The house was exactly as advertised. We loved the pool and it easily accommodated our three families with infants, toddlers and adults. The beach access was terrible and the community pool was closed 1-1/2 days of our stay.We ended up driving to a public beach. It would have been nice to know in advance about the beach access limitations. Management company was professional and responded quickly and checked in with us frequently.

we loved this beautiful beach rental! it was so comfortable and spacious! we enjoyed the pool so much! We all hated the beach experience and will never book in June high time season again- the beach was too small and crowded for the vast amount of people. Too bad the beach chair service company crowds out people that bring their own stuff. we were so annoyed and had to find other beaches.

A hidden gem in a great area!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can't begin to describe how wonderful this place is. First, Royal Destinations manages the property and they were fantastic. It's like your own personal concierge. They even had baby equipment we could rent in advance that was waiting at the house for us when we arrived. Check in was easy, the house was immaculate and such a good location! Just a few things: for a house this nice, I was surprised there wasn't a better stove. Also, we often left the property through the back gate because it was a shorter walk that way. But, there is a stump you have to be really careful about and you could trip. I think they should remove that stump because it is a hazard.I also wish I had the ability to create my own door code to get in.Beds were super comfortable and sitting by the pool and firepit at night was really nice (although it worked, the firepit is cracked). Many great family memories made in this spectacular home. Close to everything and just a beautiful property. I'm a picky traveler. Stay here. You won't be disappointed.

Spent a week with friends and family cooking and swimming in the most wonderful pool. Clean and well maintained. Kitchen equipped for cookers. We warmed the pool. It was a good idea. Best place we’ve ever stayed.

The house was ideal for our extended family. Outdoor pool, patio and green space /park behind the house was wonderful. The location was very convenient to walk to beach and village. Tram stop was right on the corner!

Pool’s Paradise is just that!

This home is lovely, fun & has everything needed for a large family. The location is the best. The heated pool was the biggest hit. Management was instantly accessible for any needs. Our week there was great & we’d love to return.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This was definitely a huge disappointment. After a long 14 hour drive and unloading luggage, we arrive to the upstairs heater on 85. It was late at night and we couldn't get settled in until the AC cooled it down. Not good with 4 kids. The next morning we were welcomed by mold in the upstairs showers. Black mold!!!! Who would ever list a house to rent with this covering the floor of 2 bathrooms. I left a message and no one ever called me back. With 10 people staying, we stocked the fridge with food for the week only to come back from the beach with half of it frozen. The fridge is junk and you can't use half of it because your food will freeze. This place is a rip off and it's sad that the owners and property manager would stand behind it.

Great Stay

Truly enjoyed this property, location and the professional staff who manages this home. Comfortable beds & access to multiple balconies. First floor kitchen was a plus. Property was exceptionally clean yet master shower needs a serious scrubbing. Overall: 2 thumbs up and we are looking to return again

Beautiful beach home!

Our family had a great trip to 30a! This house was truly stunning. The heated pool truly made it- as we had some cooler nights. It is worth the extra money to heat the pool. The house is absolutely beautiful and not a bad walk to beach or to shops at Rosemary beach. The 3rd floor does have a steep spiral staircase- which is super cool- just be careful with small kids. I would recommend reading all the details on ensuring you check-in first, as you must check-in prior to get the wristbands. Because of Covid, some of the check/in procedures were different. We found out we couldn’t access beach without the wristbands. Also the Seacrest beach (the one you use) is VERY strict on what’s allowed at the beach/ no roller coolers/wagons etc. Overall the house amazing- the beach was ok this trip. The strict rules of the beach, rough current (post tropical storm surge) and crowded beach made the house’s pool all the better! Also recommend renting spots at beach for the days you go- if it is a popular day. Otherwise you are sitting on the last row. Love this house though- would stay again at this property!

Great property but amenities were not working!

We were a total of 8 people- 4 kids and 4 adults and it was very comfortable. One of the main reasons we rented this property was because of the large private pool and paid additional for pool heat. With CoVID precautions our kids had not been to a pool all summer and this was going to be the highlight. And to our disappearance, the pool heat was not on . The heater was never on during our entire stay of 5 nights up until the last night. We contacted the property management company several times and we were either told that someone will look at it next morning or it was working as desired. The water was not even warm. Finally the maintenance guy who came on the evening before we left came over and said the heater has an auto timer which was not reset. He turned it on at 5.00 pm on the day before we left. But we could not use it as it would take several hours to warm up. We paid a huge price for this property but could not enjoy the biggest amenity we rented it for. I have called and expressed my disappointment with the company but I am yet to hear back from them. Will update my review based on their response.
