Please keep in mind that electricity is not included in the rental price. The meter measurement is recorded upon your arrival and the fee will be charged in cash at EUR0,50 p/KwH. Water is included up to an average use of 0.5m3 a day. If more water is used, the price 6,-Euro per 1m3 will be charged in cash at check out. This is typical for the island as utilities are higher than usual.

The Girouette neighborhood has quickly become one of the most luxurious residential areas of Curaçao and is therefore very popular. The quiet gated community is enclosed by walls. In combination with the automatic gates, this provides security but at the same time a feeling of comfort. The speed bumps also ensure that drivers are forced to a minimum speed, so that children can play safely on the street. The location of the neighborhood is very central and only a few minutes away from various amenities such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and many other entertainment venues. Just 5 minutes by car from Mambo Beach, Lions Dive and Kontiki.
