We loved staying there! It was VERY clean! My only complaint is you have to bring your own linens and towels. Also. It is difficult programing the tv. All in all, we love the place and will come back

Very cozy well kept cabin. Close to everything you need. Very nice neighbors and neighborhood. Great communication with the host and timely responses. We will stay here again.

We had a great time staying at the cottage. Good amount of space for 2 adults and 2 small children. Amenities were as described in the posting. We loved the community and having the two beaches in walking distance.

Property is advertised by photo as being on the beach. NOT. plus not told it's an HOA and the swimming is restricted to certain hours! Didn't realize it's a subdivision with tons of places. No privacy at all. NO CLOSETS???? really not happy with this rental, feel like so much was left out. Had I known I wouldn't have rented. Plus your cleaner sux. Found old underware, Sox and shorts. Very dusty. This is just not for a couple, more for families. Peace out

I’m sorry but this is a very unfair review. The property description in no matter was described as waterfront and it is described as 300ft from one of two private beaches which is 100% accurate. The pictures of the beaches are the beaches available for our renters to use. We pride ourself of the cleanliness of our building as it is almost completely new construction on the inside. Apologies if you found some dust or an article of clothing that was missed.

Newly renovated inside very clean and modern, enjoyed using the fire ring for a nightly fire outside quiet neighborhood with short walk to beaches short drive to either Inlet or Old Forge would book again

We had an enjoyable weekend at the cottage. We love this little neighborhood and how it has access to the beach, our favorite! Make sure you have bottled water to make ice or coffee. The house was clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed this cozy little corner cabin. It had everything we needed for our weekend get-away. Loved it. The owners were responsive with communication. I would recommend the place as long as you can fit into a small bedrooms with a double beds.

Great cottage and location

We spent 4 nice nights here and had a good time. Make sure to bring toilet paper and a couple hand towels for the kitchen - we forgot them! Also, there is salt and pepper but make sure to bring cooking oil and any spices if you plan to cook, as well as food storage containers for any leftovers. This is a really nice place inside and we made great fires outside.

Perfect cabin for a family of 4!

We stayed at this cabin for a long weekend. It was very clean and tidy, nice size kitchen and outdoor space. Walking distance to a beautiful beach and ice cream stand which our children loved! Chris was very quick to respond to any questions we had. VERY friendly neighborhood! We would definitely recommend :)

This is a great cottage for two people. My daughter and I spent 3 nights. It was cold when we arrived and contacted the owner who got back to us very quickly so we could get the heat going. Lake access is easy. There are no closets in the bedrooms which would make it less comfortable for more than 1 person per bedroom. There is a full kitchen and the new siding inside is very attractive.

Thanks for staying with us. I appreciate the feedback although our cottage is not advertised with having cable TV just wifi. And it’s one of the closest rentals available to the water without being lakefront thanks!
