5/5 Stars! An exceptional Adirondack retreat. The interior decorating is truly top-shelf, blending upscale comfort with authentic cabin style, and we spent hours relaxing on the wrap-around deck. Despite the rustic feel, everything is wonderfully modern—including the excellent hot water flow and pressure. It sits in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood while offering convenient access into Old Forge. A flawless stay from start to finish!

The owners added extra touches and amenities to make this feel welcoming. They were also very responsive when needed. The property was clean and well stocked.

Beautiful get away

From start to finish everything about this place was fantastic. Owner was very responsive to any questions and everything was top notch and it was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Great location too. Very close to everything.

Winter getaway

Beautiful views and well stocked house in the middle of the woods. Very convenient to snowmobile trails and town. Had an amazing time!!

This beautiful home up on the hill is in a neighborhood, but it's secluded within trees so it feels very private. Came home to a doe chilling by the fire pit one day, which was delightful. It's close to town but nice and quiet. We took jaunts up to Inlet for some extra shopping, and did a boat tour of Raquette Lake, and had a wonderful time.

Christmas Weekend in Old Forge!

This was our second year staying at this property during the holiday season. House is set up perfectly for our family Christmas gathering and conveniently located close to town! We will be back next year and hope to stay at this property again!

It was a wonderful place to start the new year!

The hous was exact as it was pictured!We were 4 adults and 4 kids and the space accomodate verry well our group!The Host was verry responsive to our question,the check in was verty easy and the Host made our stay verry enjoyable!The house Offers you everything,space,view ,quiet place and you will find all the accesories that you need to cook!We had a verry Good time here!We recomand the place!

We had a wonderful relaxing time. The home is beautiful and plenty of bathrooms! Everything was exactly how their write up read and very easy communication and check in and out process. We’d go back.

The home is really great. Has all the amenities and utilities you could want. Great location. When there was an issue with the listing and the oven, the owner gave some accommodation for our stay that was appreciated.

This was our second annual snowmobile couple getaway in Old Forge and this chalet did not disappoint. From the moment we stepped into this property we were in love. The Christmas decor was still up and it just made it even more special. The kitchen was stocked, the rooms were all very clean. The sheets were cleaned and ready to make our beds.The owners were kind enough to search for our friends wedding ring after we left, which thankfully he found.The one and only complaint we have is that the weather did not cooperate for us. We were unable to snowmobile :( . We made the best of it, played games, shopping in town and having a delicious meal at Billy's and the best breakfast at Ozzie's. We highly recommend this property and we will be back next year!!

Very beautiful!

This house is absolutely beautiful. It is true to the Adirondacks. It had everything and more of what we needed for a comfortable weekend. It was about a 20 minute walk to town. The house was very clean and stocked with all the essentials such as coffee, toilet paper, snacks, dishes, utensils, cups, glasses, pans and so much more. I am very picky about the houses that I rent and this did not disappoint. Just book it. Also had a high chair and a baby gate. P.s. great wrap around porch..

Summer Vacation

We had a great stay at this immaculate home! Upon entry, we all agreed at how clean and beautiful it is! We had kiddos ranging from 2-8. We are somewhat locals to this area so we had plans set in place for most days! We did not end up going to the private beach as we found being close to the playgrounds at inlet and OF worked better with our littles. The homes location is very much up on a hill from Hollywood so longer bike rides with littles was difficult but they made due with the road the house is on! The neighbor was lovely across the road. The homeowner was very efficient, kind, and understanding with answering questions and trying to problem solve when anything came up. The kitchen is full of any cooking tool you need and has a dishwasher! There was plenty of room on the deck to eat outside every day, we even had a tree frog come and hang out with us for a couple days! In the summer you can’t see the water but you can hear it 🚤 😍. I’d love to see the view in the fall/ winter! I would say the property would be perfect for families with older children verses younger, more rambunctious little cousins just due to being up on the hill they got a bit restless at times (but that’s always a preference thing and not all kids act as ours do haha)… the separate living room is great and was nice to separate everyone at times. Overall it was a great experience and we are so grateful for our little get away! Thank you, thank you!

My kids favorite place this far

We stay in the Old Forge area each fall (or more frequently sometimes) , and seemingly in a different property each time. This house was definitely a 'fan favorite'! There are 8 of us and we all had more than enough room, beds were great, kitchen was great, etc. The kids are already asking if we can go back for a longer stay the next time. Thank you!
