Newly renovated property with a spacious well appointed kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms and open living room, and updated bathroom/shower Located in a quiet neighborhood with off street parking.

Good for a quick stay

My friends and I rented this place out for a few days while we were in town for the Winston-Salem open tennis tournament. If you like coffee they have pods but you need to bring your own creamer and sugar. Location was decent. 10 minutes from Wake Forest campus. Owner was responsive. Overall, we would book again.

Newly-renovated and in central location in Winston-Salem

My husband and I stayed 5 nights in this newly-renovated second floor apartment while visiting family in Winston-Salem. It was immaculate, roomy, and tastefully decorated. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a double. The mattresses and bedding were extremely comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen have granite and tile and are very roomy. The kitchen has new appliances, lots of counter space, and the bare essentials of plates, cups, and pots. If you are planning to cook, you may inquire whether specific dishes/pans are there. The coffee maker is a Keurig, unfortunately there were no reusable baskets. The living room had adequate space for the two of us, I’m not so sure how comfortable it would be with a full house. It is a second floor apartment with access from exterior steps in the back of the house. There is a nice-sized deck at the entrance to the apartment with a grill, and patio table and chairs. There is a large parking pad in the back of the house with access to the steps. The house is in an older neighborhood in the vicinity of Ardmore/Baptist Hospital community. Very easy access to the main arteries in Winston-Salem. We would definitely return to this apartment!

Property is a nice space. Neighborhood is OK and close to other places we were. Very clean and equipped ok. Lots of coffee! Had to ask cleaning staff for bathroom supplies like soap and shampoo.
