Sunset Ridge on Taneycomo #1, is exceptionally clean and spacious and recently remodeled. We have separate living and dining areas, and a well stocked kitchen with new appliances and great cooking utensils.

KING BEDS in both bedrooms! Walk in shower in master. Plus a pull out bed in the couch in the living room and a trundle in the 2nd bedroom.

Private deck with great ridgeline views. Seasonal views of Lake Taneycomo, the dam and great sunsets.

Roku smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms for streaming and cable

1 Gig wifi speed!!

FYI we also own unit #2 directly next door, which was also recently remodeled and is nearly identical to this unit. If you ever need two side-by-side places for a larger group, let us know.

GOLF SPECIAL: Show the clubhouse a booking confirmation for our condo and as for the "Stay and Play" special to receive $60/person for 18 holes plus cart (regular $110). Try the Pointe Grill after your round for great food and friendly service!

Excellent layout for the group we were traveling with. Extremely good location for everything from the strip to silver dollar city.Gated entrance and community was nice and quiet. Will stay again here in the future if the need arises.

November getaway

The condo was clean and in a convenient location. Close to the strip but not too close. Check in and out were very easy with clear instructions. We would stay here again!

Perfect Place for Our Family

What a great condo for our first visit to Branson! The location was beautiful and the area was so peaceful and quiet. We loved the views off the back deck. Our 4 year old loved the little Minnie table she found in a closet and all the children's cutlery. Such a perfect set up for our family of 5. The owners were so kind and we appreciated their helpful binder of information. The location can't be beat--about ten minutes from some of the main attractions.

Wonderful Place to Stay

This was our first VRBO booking and we were very pleased. The place was clean and roomy with everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with all of the necessities and anything else you may need. We were very close to all attractions and the pool was great as well. The owners were very quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful time

The place was super clean and had toys for the kids! Plenty of sleeping area for everyone! I full stock kitchen with spices, an instant pot for easy cooking. Along with a wonderful indoor pool for us to enjoy in the cooler weather. Definitely staying there again!

A slice of heaven!!

First time staying and the description was spot on!! We could not have asked for a better place. Clean, nice and cool. Beautiful area!! This would be perfect for any family or couple wanting a getaway. The pool is within walking distance and has an outdoor bar and snack area We spent most of our time just relaxing.

Good location

Love the location, and the Gated Community it was so much quieter at night than anywhere else we've stayed. We utilize the Pro Shop to rent tennis equipment utilize the tennis courts and the Swimming Pools and Hot Tubs.. there is a great playground toward the back that is right on Taney Como and you can walk down to the water

Very enjoyable - great amenities!

Our family of 5 with teenagers enjoyed the quietness of the resort as well as all the clubhouse amenities - swimming, fitness center, fishing access. Property was just as described / pictured in listing. Was an easy 15-20 drive to Silver Dollar City and 10 minutes to the strip. Nice gas station / small grocery store for essentials less than a mile away. Host responsiveness was outstanding prior to booking as well as after booking and during our stay. Thank you for sharing your place!

It was a success for us and the family from Sweden. We had such a good time in the property area that we didn’t check emails, or need to go out to have fun, although we did. The location was an easy access for going out. Loved the Godly references ad signs. Sorry we got your instructions for closing after checking email after our stay. Thank you. The only suggestion was the floor left our socks dirty, we remove shoes. Otherwise all was clean!

This is a lovely condo and exactly as it was described. It is perfectly located within the Point Royale Resort. It is only a short walk to the golf course, swimming pool etc. The stairs down to the condo are wide and easily navigated. The kitchen is nicely decorated and has new appliances. The bedrooms are roomy and the beds are comfy. The back deck is lovely with spectacular views of the bluff and gorgeous sunsets. It had everything we needed and more to enjoy our mini-vacation.

Loved this property. Of all the short term rentals we have done, this is probably the nicest. Extremely clean, kitchen very well stocked, comfortable place. And we loved the deck. I was so quiet all the time. Thanks for letting us stay, and we will be excited to come back.

This place had everything we needed as a family of four with a 3 and 5 yo. The location was very secure and Pointe Royale is very well kept. We appreciated the washer and dryer the most! This was a nice quiet place to rest in between all the fun attractions in town. It is located nicely and was a short jaunt to both Branson attractions and Silver Dollar City.The property owners were very attentive and actually checked in on us while we stayed via Vrbo messages. Overall the stay was excellent and would HIGHLY recommend!

My cousins and I enjoyed our short stay on our way home to TX from Iowa for a family wedding. It is well-appointed and in a beautiful location. I would love to return and spend a little more time next time.

Perfect place to stay

We enjoyed staying at steve's place. Everything was spotless and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had a little bit of everything. The living room was very inviting and the sofas were super comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the neighborhood was very peaceful. Everything went smoothly from chek-in to check-out. We highly recommend steve's place.

We love the Ozarks area of Missouri and especially the natural outdoor beauty. We like to hike, bike, swim, water ski, kayak, canoe, go for long walks and anything else to enjoy being outside.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Our side-by-side, just remodeled properties (Sunset Ridge on Taneycomo #1 and #2) are both a perfect combination of access to all the fun activities of Branson, the amenities of Point Royale, and the very close proximity to hiking and water sports of the surrounding lakes and parks. Both properties and decks have great sunset views! Unit #1 was remodeled as of January '23 and unit #2 remodeling was just completed in March. If you enjoy active outdoor activities, Point Royale is a great place to be!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

What we love the most about our condo is hanging out on the very private, over-sized deck. The year round sunset views are awesome and we love the peace and quiet of morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on the deck. It is a great spot to start and end every day of fun at Pointe Royale or in Branson!
