Welcome to La Villa, a luxurious home located in the beautiful community Miralon in North Palm Springs. Enjoy the view of the San Jacinto's mountains from the spool. Perfect getaway located only 10 minutes away from the heart of downtown.
Tastefully decorated with modern touches and mid-century pops of color, this home will make you feel home as you open the door. Enjoy the "spool" every season, chill in the pool set-up during the hot summers and relax in the hot tub version when the weather gets cooler in Winter. This beautiful house offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. A gorgeous Master Suite, with its enormous walk-in shower and dual sinks and 2 additional large bedrooms share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom.
The home is fully stocked with all the comforts of home and the added amenities of a luxury hotel. Kitchen is capable of executing daily meals for the entire group.
This property offers the ultimate in security and privacy, with manned entry gate for the Miralon community.
Resort style amenities include: yoga studio; fully equipped fitness center (including state of the art equipment & 2 Peloton bikes) & incredible views of Mt. San Jacinto while working out; 2 large, heated community pools + Spa/Hot tub; Resort-style lounge areas with giant canopied day-beds & cabana's (if privacy is preferred); Professionally maintained U-pick gardens; Miles of walking paths; Self-serve BBQ entertaining area; 2 bocce ball courts; 3 dog parks for socializing with your fur-friends; Onsite Coffee shop & MiraBar provide for community social opportunities or the Hub provides quiet workspace.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES & RULES
-No outdoor music at ANY TIME. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-An in-person check-in will be greeting you at the house. Per city ordinance you'll be asked to sign the "good neighbor" form and to provide an ID.
-Pet fee: $200 per stay. This fee will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival.
-Two additional children 12 years old or younger permitted.
-3 cars max parked at the property
**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.
