DETAILS: Indulge in a luxury beach experience at Sunscape, a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom Gulf-front townhome in Cape San Blas that sleeps 10. This spacious and accessible home is ideal for families, friends, or couples. Guests will be wowed by the spectacular Gulf views, direct beach access, and the shared screened-in pool with a sitting spa.

Off Sunscape’s drive is a screened-in pool enclosure with a large pool and an attached sitting spa. Covered parking and a pool house area include a half bath, a covered lanai, a picnic table, and ceiling fans. A wooden boardwalk leads from the pool house directly to the pristine white sand beach.

Guests may take either an elevator or an outside stair to the first floor, where an open kitchen, dining, and living area have breathtaking views of the Gulf through 3 sliding glass doors that open to a large balcony.

The well-appointed kitchen has a breakfast bar, granite countertops, and a solid-wood dining table that seats 10. After a busy day of jumping waves and searching for seashells, guests can sink into plush leather furniture and watch a movie on a large, or step outside to the partially covered balcony for a meal al fresco. 3 sliding glass doors open from the living area to a partially-covered deck. The deck features a gas grill, dining table, and plenty of seating for a dinner beneath the stars. A primary bedroom and a guest bedroom off the living area have wonderful Gulf views through sliding glass doors that open to the deck. A bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and an additional guest bedroom both enjoy views of the pool. All bedrooms have private bathrooms.

*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.

* The sitting spa that waterfalls into the extra-large pool is continuously heated. It takes a few days for the extra large pool to reach maximum heat because of the size. In the summer, the overflow of the heated water from the spa does not heat the large pool.
