My parents and I stayed here for Labor Day weekend. My dad is almost 80 and uses a cane to walk. I was worried that the stairs up to the 2nd floor bedroom would be a problem for him, but he managed it just fine.The house itself was great. Very, clean. Spotless.It was nice that the 2 bedrooms (both upstairs) each had their own full bathroom. My parents had theirs and I had my own. The bath linens (towels, wash cloths, etc) were plentiful and good quality.All the rooms had ceiling fans that worked and were not noisy.I can't say much about the community as we were really only at the house to sleep each night. Other family had rented a house down at Cape San Blas, so we pretty much spent all our waking time down there with the rest of our family (cousins, my brother and his family, etc.).Also, Willie was very responsive in communication at every step of the way. We were originally booked to bring my dad's dog. But, his dog was elderly and passed away the weekend before our stay. I messaged Willie just to let him know we would not have a dog after all and he processed a refund of the pet fee within about 10 minutes of me sending him a note. I wasn't really even expecting a refund. Getting that and so promptly was much appreciated.Overall, it was a nice place and we enjoyed being there. We would definitely rent it again.
