Vår semestervilla ligger i ett gated community med säker tillgång. Samhället är en idealisk plats att koppla av från de stora hotellområdena, men tillräckligt nära för att dra fördel av områdets erbjudanden, inklusive Sea World, Disney World, Universal Studios, Legoland och många golfbanor i närheten.

Villa är ett vackert hus med fyra sovrum med två sovrum med eget badrum och två tvåbäddsrum. Alla rum har kabel-TV. Husets utformning inkluderar ett gemensamt vardagsrum för familjen att koppla av i och en separat sittplats för att komma bort från aktiviteten. Det rymliga köket är centralt och är öppet för mat- och vardagsrummet. Spelrummet är ett bra ställe att ansluta till barnen med biljardbordet, fotbollsbordet eller airhockey.

Detta är ett hus med en enda berättelse, så det finns inga trappor att klättra på, vilket gör det bra för alla åldersgrupper.

Poolen / spaet är i skärmsluten och upplyst och inkluderar både en täckt Lanai och soliga solstolar. En barngrind håller de unga säkra. Poolen ligger på södra sidan av huset, så du har heldagssol. Värme för poolen / spaet är valfritt mot extra kostnad. Utsikten över det vackra samhället Tower Lake är exceptionellt vid solnedgången. Detta är en utmärkt plats att koppla av efter en hel dag.

Om du gillar golf finns det många alternativ inom 30 minuter från villan. Några av dessa kurser är södra sanddyner, Champions Gate, Highlands Reserve och Ridgewood Lake.

Wonderful home

The best experience of renting a vacation home. The owner was very quick to respond & willing to help. The best interaction with property owner I have ever experienced. Will definitely want to stay here again when traveling to Florida. House was clean & spacious, the pool was great. An overall pleasant stay. Thank you!!!

100th birthday trip

We enjoyed our stay here in Haines City. We were here planning a 100th birthday party for my mother in law. The property was easy to find and close to everything. The owner was great and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was nice, bedrooms were large. Pool was great. Only problems was house was way to hot when the outside temperature is 97 plus degree weather and game room wasn’t useable (for the summer months) Otherwise it was great

Wonderful Week

The house met our needs perfectly. We were able to spread out. We were also close enough to the attractions of Orlando, but far enough from the traffic and congestion to relax. The accommodations were great, the kitchen was surprisingly well appointed, with everything necessary to make a Christmas Dinner. We left an item behind and the manager was gracious enough to ship it to us. Thanks again for a wonderful week

Very nice and relaxing, loved having the extra space over a hotel room.

We really enjoy the more relaxed and spacious atmosphere of a house over a hotel room. The pool was nice for those days when we just wanted to take a few hours to relax after hitting the parks. The owners were very helpful, even checking on us during our stay to make sure everything was okay. And it was. Would rent again. One hint, use Turkey Lake/Palm Pkwy to bypass some of the traffic near the parks. And the nearby Dunkin' Donuts has a very nice selection. :)

Wonderful rental home -- relaxing, comfortable, and had everything we needed!

I stayed here with my two children in mid-March and found the home exactly as described on the VRBO website. Photos were accurate and everything in the kitchen was well-stocked, as stated in the description. The house is close enough to Disney and Legoland to see everything easily while in the area. View from pool over the lake is beautiful, and a great way to have your morning coffee. We enjoyed having a pool and hot tub to come home to every afternoon after leaving the parks. It was perfect! Owners are very communicative and returned my deposit immediatly after we departed. We will be back!

Exactly as Described

The description is on point. Everything met our needs. There is always someone at the security gate to check in all cars in so we felt safe and secure at all times. I love how it’s a pay it forward rental—there are already things in the kitchen like spices to make it easier. We used the grill a couple of times so it was great to have. The only concern was that most of the things in the game room were old and didn’t function as well but we were barely in there so it was fine. Overall, it was a great experience.

Fantastic home with an amazing Host!!!

It'll be nearly impossible to write a short summary of our wonderful stay at Bill and Beth Taylor's Cherokee Villa, but I'm gonna give it a shot: We've stayed at another property in this same neighborhood on a previous visit because of how close it is to my kids home. This home however, was a million times better with respect to the amenities, and condition... and most importantly the incredible Owner/Hosts Bill and Beth Taylor. Their communication was fantastic before we arrived, and also while we were there. If we reached out via email or text, Bill was there with a response very quickly. Their home was exactly how it was represented on VRBO so know that what you see if definitely what you get. The added bonus however was the amenities. There were so many dishes, glasses, pots & pans, towels, and even things like spices (which we definitely used when having pour kids over). There is so much room at Cherokee Villa and everything was in impeccable condition. The last thing I will say is that our trip unfortunately ended with an unexpected medical emergency. It was on the day we were checking out to head home, and we ended up having to stay longer. When we called Bill to let him know what was going on, he offered for us to stay another night so we'd have a home to come home to. I cannot say how much this meant to my family and I. This kind of selfless generosity is so awesome, and sadly in short supply in our world today. Cheers to you Bill. Bill is an awesome person, with a FANTASTIC rental home we will absolutely be staying at again. I recommend you stay here too.

Wonderful Stay.

My family couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at Cherokee Villa. Bill was an excellent host, and the house was wonderful. Our 3 year old enjoyed swimming in the pool, and playing hide and seek in the spacious house. It had everything you could want as far as kitchenware, and all the extras. It was in a perfect location to hop on Hwy 27, and I-4 quickly, but still in a very quiet, secure, and safe neighborhood. Legoland/Peppa Pig World were a half hour drive south, and Disney was a half hour drive north, so it really was the perfect location for all our needs. Will definitely contact Bill again if we are ever in the area.

Lovely Clean Villa

This villa kept us safe through hurricane Ian. Unfortunately that ruined out 5 day stay but we could not fault Bill or his lovely villa. Everything was clean, rooms are very spacious, the pool is a nice size. The location is good, right next to the security gate for the walled estate and only 5 mins drive from the big Walmart superstore. Hopefully we can return and not have to endure a hurricane next time :)

Wonderful getaway

Property was clean and as advertised. Bill was great to deal with and answered all questions amazingly fast. I hated having to bother Bill to change the thermostat in the house, but he changed it within minutes of me sending him a text message! (I'm sure some past renters abused the AC so now he has to watch it, can't say that I really blame him) Great house for a great rate, would definitely stay again.

Great vacation

Perfect house for 2 families, we were 4 adults and 4 kids. Very clean house. Kids enjoyed pool and gaming room. The fishing pier was a great addition for us. Very quiet neighborhood.

Haines City rental

The gated neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub everyday. We played pool and darts in the game room. Our bed was comfy. I would recommend bringing a big skillet there was two smaller skillets and we made that work.

Great stay for Ironman 70.3

Bill’s home is a great location for events in Haines City and was safe for our toddler and two young children. Communication was excellent and we will rent here again if we come back to the area.

Perfect house for us!

This house was perfect in every way. We had 2 master suites so each couple had a master! The living spaces are great because those working in the kitchen could be involved in the conversations of all the family that stopped by. We were there for our mother’s funeral and some of the relatives we hadn’t seen in decades! There is also a 2nd smaller living room perfectly located away from the main living room so when phone calls would come in the person could step into that space to have privacy and take their conversation away from the others. We will definitely return to this location!

Cherokee Villa

Many of the appliances were like mine at home, except the range. W/D, Ref, D/W was awesome! It dried the dishes! The owner is the manager and he was there for every request! Pool was well kept, grill came in handy for lunch.

Family Fun in FL

Our family enjoyed every minute in this lovely house & pool! The games in the garage helped us spread out and the toys in every room helped everybody get their own shows!! We cooked every meal in the kitchen with so many extra gadgets & pans available! We really appreciated the DW, ice maker & being able to do some laundry. There were plenty of towels & blankets and the auto-adjusted AC worked great. Our local family was easily able to join us for meals & swimming. The host quickly replied and acted on anything we asked. 5 stars in every category!

We really enjoy the spa and pool, and sunsets at Tower Lake. We feel that the house layout is ideal, and combined with the spa, was the major selling point for us. It's a convenient getaway for us, close to two major airports (Orlando and Tampa Bay) and plenty of family entertainment. We also appreciate the gated community and friendly residents.
