Digital Nomads will love the separate office styled after Ernest Hemingway's home office. At the end of the kitchen, and with good separation from all other living areas, you can close the door to keep those work Zoom calls well-contained.

In-unit washer and dryer and interior entry from the garage (inside parking for one car, easy street parking for additional cars).
