Detta är en nivå (inga trappor) lägenhet belägen i Avalon på Bahia Vista. Den har 2 sovrum och 2 badrum, plus öppen spis och kan sova 6. Det ligger på översta tredje våningen i komplexa och har enkel tillgång till hiss.

Vackra vyer av träd och bergssluttningar och delvis havsutsikt utanför balkongen. Det är ljust och luftigt med välvt tak och en öppen känsla.
Dessa lägenheter har wifi och kabel t. v. med platt skärm T. V.s i varje sovrum och en 3: e T. V. i främsta rummet. Bahia Vista är en av de få komplex i Avalon som har en privat "bahia Guest," pool och jacuzzi med en trädgård.

Placeringen av lägenheten med i komplexet är bekvämt nära poolen men inte direkt du inte hör "pool buller". Den lägenheten är privatägt ligger i slutet av den komplexa så det finns mycket lite gångtrafik går genom. Gångavstånd till allt Avalon har att erbjuda, stränder, segling, matsal, golf, sightseeingturer och mer.

Love the place

Catalina Island is cute place. Relaxing like different world. The place we rented was large, clean lots of kitchen Ware. Large fridge. We enjoyed.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE

What a time we had at this amazing complex. Firstly I have to state that as a family of business owners, it is so difficult to actually get away. Even when we do, there’s always work related issues lingering and really preventing that feeling of “vacation.” Our stay here (6 days) was such a realization and epiphany that getting away is a possibility and much needed. This condo/apartment was absolutely perfect. We had 4 adults and 3 kids who all fit perfectly. It was hot in Catalina, and most locations don’t have an A/C units, but this place did and accommodated perfectly. The full kitchen is outfitted with everything needed. Everything is within walking distance, so if you had to run up the street for supplies, you’ll be good to go. The pool and jacuzzi was the icing on the cake. After full days of fun in the sun, the pool and jacuzzi just made it all the better. The community in the complex were so friendly, and just added to the whole package for us. The manager Allison, is by far the most helpful and most communicative. If you need anything, I know I can say she will get it done for you. We wanted to stay another day- boom, she made it happen. We forgot our kids’s blankets (parents you know the horror of forgetting that ONE SPECIAL ITEM) Allison shipped them home for us. She is the reason we are forever staying at this location. You won’t regret your stay- it is worth every penny.

Relaxing Getaway

We all enjoyed our stay in Avalon in this cute condo. Everything was so easy and smooth, with great responsiveness when we had a question. It was hot when we stayed and having the one air conditioner in the master bedroom was a nice relief from the heat. Thank you!

Great place to stay

The place is just as described and is clean. Property manager is communicative and check in is super easy. The place is spacious with plenty of room for the whole family. One suggestion to make the place even better is to have higher quality shampoo and conditioner.

Wonderful short family vacation

Nice comfortable stay in Avalon. Walkable from the ferry and to the beaches (even my parents in their 80’s were able to walk with their wheeled baggage) and to the Casino. Felt safe. Great pool and hot tub (main reason we chose the location). There is a bit of road traffic outside the window as this street is along one of the golf cart tour routes. AC unit only in the master bedroom. Definitely would stay here again in the future!

Great Catalina Condo

We had great time at this condo. The location was great. We didn't use the pull out sofa bed because the coffee table was too big and heavy to move. So one of us slept on the main bedroom sofa. I would definitely stay here again.

Flexible & clean!

Communication was great with the PM Allison. She graciously let us check out late to align with our ferry time. We stayed for the Catalina Wine Mixer which was at the beach club. A bit of a far walk to the beach club but central to the ferry, shops, restaurants, etc. The unit was clean and well furnished. Would stay again!

Art Deco Weekend

Enjoyed my first trip to Avalon. The place had a lovely view from the small balcony. It was clean and the host communicated well everything we needed to know. It was an easy walk to town. I would stay here again.

It began with demanding trash removal and then asked my brother for a tip….as a rental property owner - I know better and would never do business with somone like Alison again….above and beyond everything was in working order and met our expectations

Excellent overnight in Avalon

I highly recommend this unit and would stay here again. It was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood quiet but also a short walk from the center of Avalon.

Great place to say when visiting Catalina

Enjoyed a great weekend with my family of four. Perfect location. Very spacious, large bedrooms, nice kitchen. Allision is the on location manager and was extremely responsive, kind, and helpful. We will definately be back to stay here again!

Great property!

Great location tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main street. Nice view too! If you use this property in the fall and winter, turn the heat on as soon as you arrive. It takes awhile to warm up.

Easy and comfortable

My friends and I had a great time on a brief weekend getaway! The property manager was very friendly and responsive, the place was spacious, comfortable and clean, the floors have been updated since the photos in the listing, it looks even nicer now!

I have been coming here with my family since 1969. My family came to Catalina as a boating destination and fell in love with Avalon and wanted a place we could call home. Four generations have enjoyed the island and all of the wonderful activities it has to offer. My family and I are avid sportsman we enjoy the crystal clear water to Scuba Dive, beautiful coastal scenery for kayaking stand up paddle boarding & the views for hiking, and the beautiful clean beaches to relax on.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We chose to buy a vacation rental at this location because no where else can you get an island retreat so close and economically convenient in Southern California. The island has so many fun activities all with in walking distance.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our Condo is on the third floor accessible via an elevator with only a few steps at the entrance of the condo complex. Located at the South end of the complex, you will not here many noises from the pool and other condos... a plus for sure! All guests have access to the pool and jacuzzi (your local host will collect the pool key deposit).
