När du kommer tillbaka från en rolig dag väntar en uppfriskande simtur på dig, eftersom vi är glada att kunna erbjuda en av få pooler och spa på Catalina ... Säkerhetskopiera vid sviten .. Fantastisk utsikt över hamnen, staden och kulle från både sovrum och balkonger påminner om Santa Catalinas skönhet och sinnestillstånd som avslöjas i livsstilen 'Island'. * För en liknande 'fantastisk' upplevelse, se vår praktiskt taget identiska 2-sovrum 2 badrum övre nivå tri-nivå på 360 Clemente B37 (# 1427484) i samma byggnad.

Ja, detta är en semester, och "ön" väntar på en med aktiviteter som ridning, golf, tennis, dykning, fiske, vandring, para-segling, minigolf, glasbåt, båtturer, middagskryssningar, shopping, fina restauranger och så mycket mer.

Chicago Cubs brukade ha "Spring Training" i Avalon redan på 50- och 60-talet; och man kan lära sig och läsa mycket av denna uppskattade historia genom att besöka kasinomuseet och Country Club-restaurangen intill golfbanan, som innehåller många fotografier av "sommarens pojkar".

Great place and location

We were a family of 4 visiting the island for the first time. The house was in a great area and had everything we needed. The golf cart was so nice to have.

Annual friend's getaway

Location was very convenient to everything. Included golf cart ended up not being necessary due to you are not able to take it out of the city which is very walkable. Upon arrival we took photos of what needed repairs, etc. and Kim was great with communication.Would rent the unit again.

Excellent choice!

The place was wonderful! This was our first experience with VRBO and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and was very accomodating to making it a wonderful stay for us. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful view and very nice, updated condo!

This condo was truly one of the best units we have stayed in at The Bahia Vista! Only drawback is the jacuzzi is not heated during the week in winter.

Pleasant Island Condo

This property is a split level. There are about 16 stairs before you arrive at the elevator. Once inside the Condo there are 6 to 8 stairs to the main floor, an additional 8 stairs to the first landing, and 6 more stairs to the bedrooms. The condo was clean and stocked with many amenities (wagon with beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys), lots of towels and more. Quiet location, nice pool and hot tub. The biggest plus of this rental was the golf cart that was included with the rental. Family member with walking limitations was able to make it to all island events because of the golf cart. Needed to contact the owners during our stay and the response was pleasant and immediate. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Catalina is a dream!

We had never been to Catalina, so really did not know was to expect. The weather cooperated & we had three days of charm, great food & hospitality from the island community. The island offers SO much from, water sports to American history & everything in between, including buffalo. We did not have enough time, but that’s good as we will plan a return visit next year.

Would stay there again

Great location, walkable, the golf cart was a very nice added bonus. Love having the outside balcony and great views. Very nice pool and Jacuzzi. Vons grocery store was close by where we were able to cook dinner one night. But all the restaurants went to were awesome.

Superb location and lodging!

This was our second stay at Kim's condo and we loved every minute of it. The condo is in great condition and is just the right distance from the center of Avalon. She is very easy to work with and we definitely plan on staying with her again.

Great property

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Bahai Penthouse B45. The unit is very spacious and had everything we needed for 4 adults and a toddler. The condo is well decorated, the kitchen is large and fully stocked, and the views are gorgeous. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful views and great location.

This was a perfect spot for six of us girls to have a few days in Catalina. The views were incredible and the condo was very comfortable. Property communication made it very easy to arrive, use the golf cart, and to check out. We had a blast! Thank you!

Lovely condo - great place to stay

The condo was as advertised and more. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and the view was lovely. We had everything we needed. Having the cart was a real bonus. We would definitely book again.

Great stay at Catalina

Beautiful views, clean, stylish and spacious unit with an easy walk to the main boardwalk. We really enjoyed our stay, and felt like we were home. The pool wasn’t working but we didn’t need the pool and we were ok with not having it. The golf cart was a very nice addition, we were able to cruise up the hill for scenic tour. Loved our stay! Thank you

This place is great. The view of the harbor is amazing from both balconies and it is very comfortable inside. Only downside for us was all the stairs. There are stairs to get in the unit and a flight inside. Certainly doable but my arthritic knee was doing a lot of complaining. Nonetheless a beautiful and comfortable clean place with a view. Well done.

Great place, limited AC

Excellent stay. So great to have golf cart included. Fun pool, walk anywhere, even descano beach (25 min easy walk). Can get hot. AC in master bedroom and lots of fans. Also, quite a few steps required to get to elevator. No ramp for strollers or those who may have difficulty with stairs. I would definitely book again. Fantastic balcony views, great kitchen and living spaces. Beds moderate for comfort. Super responsive and accommodating host.

Lovely home with a great view

Overall it was great! Beautiful view. The only thing was the cleanliness. 2nd bedroom sheets did not look changed and hair was found in bed sheets. I found other sheets and changed but other than that, it was awesome. Walking around was great and plenty of room in place and great community. Very lovely.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Growing up in Southern California and Sailing to Catalina as a child on numerous occasions attracted us to Catalina in the early days, and our memories have brought us back. Many times our fathers would sail over, and we kids would come across the channel on the old 'Steamship'. I will never forget the local kids (some younger) swimming out to meet the Steamer and then diving deep for coins/money tossed from the upper decks from the visiting passengers. Those days are past, but a new adventure is always just a step or thought away in this island paradise.

In addition to gorgeous harbor views, we are also uniquely situated above and away from the 'sounds' of busy little golf-cart traffic that sometimes can disturb a peaceful evening.
