We had a great stay! The condo was spacious enough for four and we really loved that it came with a golf cart to cruise into town on. Would definitely stay there again.

The stairs were a little tough for us older ladies the condo itself was nice one huge bedroom with large closet 2nd bedroom was very small. View was excellent! Bathroom faucet was not tight , overall we had a wonderful time , thanks to Lalo for helping us with our luggage he was a life saver and thank you Chela for always answering the phone when I had a question

We love staying at Hamilton Cove. This unit was very inviting, comfortable, and well stocked. Loved the convenience of getting the golf cart early.

WOW! My husband has been coming to Catalina for 40 years, and when I booked this place he was apprehensive. Once we got in he was blown away. Hands down the best place to stay in Hamilton Cove. Generously sized master bedroom, walk in closet, great kitchen, and living area is ideal for families. Although it was just the two of us, we enjoyed how large the space was. Self check in process was a breeze. I will say, like all things in Catalina, there are LOTS of stairs. About 74 steps to reach the condo, so keep that in mind. We are DEFINITELY booking for next year again.

The view is fabulous and it was nice to have a golf cart. However, the fuel gague malfunctions and the cart was extremely dirty. Also, there is a lot of deferred maintenance in the unit that needs attention; for example, the dish washer is not securely mounted and almost fell out of the cabinet, broken lampshades, broken bathroom fixtures, guest bathroom door won't close.

The view was beautiful from the condo. From both rooms and the living room you get an ocean view. It is a great ocean view sitting on the patio. There are lots of stairs but it's worth it for the view you get. The place was very quilt and safe. Having the golf cart was great, you would need one for the location of Hamilton Cove to Avalon. Its a beautiful place to walk, and I did lots of walking. The master bed was very comfortable. We stayed there for a wedding and had 4 people staying in the condo. There was plenty of room for all of us. We did share the bathroom with the one shower. The big master bathroom had only a bath tub. It could use some minor maintenance and repairs, but nothing major. We had some problem with the golf cart key and the ladies that were cleaning helped us out. Gloria was great and got on the phone right away with the manager, and solved the problem. The condos in Hamilton Cove are quieter, cleaner and safer than being in the town of Avalon. I would stay there again.

This is an incredible place to stay in Hamilton Cove. We absolutely enjoyed everything about the place. My family and I can't wait to come back and enjoy the beauty!

I would definitely recommend, the property was as described. Was spacious and could not beat the view. Double plus was other friends stayed in sister unit, so had whole top floor/ balcony. Only downside was little things, like iron did not work/ no ironing board cover, luckily borrowed next door as had a wedding. Other little things too, the property manager needs to do a walk through.
