Great location even though it’s a little difficult to find with gps. Very convenient to many places and the mountain view was very nice! The place was clean and had all the comforts of home. We would stay again!

Great fall getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was fantastic. Renovated and updated bathrooms and appliances. Very clean. Extremely insulated and air tight. We had gusty winds but no creaking or wind through the windows. Flooring and carpet were great. I am picky about floors and this carpet must be new because it was clean and comfortable. Very convenient location with beautiful views. The beds were comfortable but upgraded mattresses might be nice. When the disposal didn’t work, we called the agency and they sent someone to fix it that day. Great experience overall.

Fantastic View

Awesome view, property was spotless and recently remodeled, check in was easy (keyless) and the property managers were friendly and professional. The only drawback was lack of access to the ski slopes.

Spotless property with the best view of the mountains and valleys.

The condo is nicely decorated and in spotless condition. The owner(s) and property manager did a great job is making this place look good and feel like a home. I would definitely stay there again or rent a different place from these property managers. They do care about the people and properties.

Yes it was an over all nice place , and the view was nice . However it says it had a fire place and to open vent and all the instructions for fireplace . I bought wood and took with , but the fireplace was electric . The insulation between the upper rental and out was noisy , very thin walls . Shane

Great Stay

Our family had a great stay! It was clean and well kept. Great view! It was close to the sugar mountain ski resort. Customer service was EXCELLENT! We were sent the wrong address in the check in text and could not find the place. I called them after hours and got great directions to where we needed to be. I cannot stress enough how helpful they were after driving around for 30 minutes at 11:00 at night on an unfamiliar mountain. After that, we had a fantastic stay and would stay here again.

Great condo for quick trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great. Condo was perfect for us and our two kids, very clean and well furnished. The only issue we had was that it was somewhat difficult to find, the address we were given took us to an empty lot down the road from the property entrance but we eventually figured it out. We had issues with VRBO but the property management was excellent in getting us taken care of. Highly recommend.

pleasant but door would not lock

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean and relaxing. Overall we enjoyed it. However, it was a little unsettling that we could not lock the front door. We called the front desk that evening to report that the door would not lock, and they assured us that while we were at dinner it would get fixed. But it did not. Also, this is a downstairs unit and we could hear the kids jumping constantly upstairs and talking above us. Decorations were cute,. Dishes in pantry were wet, and cups were dirty. Not a problem to wash things ourselves however. Need potholders, but kitchen pretty much has whatever you need, View is wonderful!! Very old and hard to figure out thermostat, overall a bit dated but comfy.

Thank you for choosing Sugar Mountain. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay overall. We did send maintenance, and they were able to lock it. We are not sure what happened after that. We are sorry for the noise above, but unfortunately, we cannot control guests in other units that we do not rent. We appreciate all of your kind and helpful comments. We are sorry about the dirty cups. They should have been washed.

Great place to get away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I went to the mountains to celebrate our anniversary. This is the perfect condo if you are looking to get away from everything. Nicely renovated and very comfortable. Feels like someone’s home, not a sterile short term rental. The view is absolutely amazing and the deck is a great size. Only suggestions are to provide a hairdryer and coffee for the first morning. We brought both since they weren’t listed in amenities list. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Get away from the heat trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, beautiful views, and cute condo. We have only two issues. One issue was the weather (it rained every day we were there). The second issue was no mop, broom, or vacuum in the condo. How was I supposed to clean up the coffee and key lime pie I spilled on the floor? We would definitely choose this Condo again.
