My stay at this rental property was excellent. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was just as described, and the host made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Close to town. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a phenomenal property! Absolutely beautiful home! Exceeded our expectations for sure. My wife and friends really enjoyed the decor and how new and refreshing the interior was! And it was so close to everything that we did it made the vacation more about what we were doing rather than traveling from point A to point B! We can’t thank Brian enough for his hospitality! Would clearly and honestly refer it to anyone who was looking for a place in that area to stay!

The Most Flawless VRBO I've Rented

I’ve rented many VRBOs over the years. They range from quite comfortable to needs lots of refurbishment. I can say that this property was flawless. There were no dings in the wall, paint scuffs, etc. Everything seemed brand new, and I’m guessing that it was recently overhauled from top to bottom.The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well, The kitchen was the best stocked of any VRBO we’ve rented. It had high end frying pans, lots of cutlery, plates, and glasses. Everything I needed was right were it should have been. Even the laundry room was thoroughly stocked. It even had a garment steamer; didn’t use it but Wow! nonetheless.It was on a quite street in Oak Bluffs and near to everything we wanted to do and see. While that’s not saying much for a small island like Martha’s Vineyard, it was just a convenient location.Will always stay here when we visit Martha’s Vineyard.

A fantastic stay

We were looking for a few days of quiet and relaxation and wow did this home deliver. There isn't anything you could wish for that this host didn't deliver - from high-end kitchen amenities to bedroom comfort, sincerely, we didn't want to leave.

The most beautiful and comfortable house!

We came for a family reunion and our immediate family stayed here-us with our 3 adult children. The house was clean, comfortable and absolutely gorgeous. It has a feel of luxury and comfort. The owners were very easy to deal with. The only thing missing was soap in the showers so pick some up on your way to the house.

Stayed here for a bachelorette party and had tons of space. Gorgeous brand new home, it felt like we were one of the first, if not the first group to rent this property. So clean, beautiful landscaping and in a quiet neighborhood with great proximity to OB. Host was flexible and communicative, can’t recommend enough!

Wonderful Stay in Oak Bluffs

Our family had a great time during our recent trip to Martha's Vineyard. The house has an open floor plan for main level and was bright with lots of windows. The kitchen was well stocked, very well organized and had everything we needed to cook during our stay. The bedrooms were large with very comfortable beds and the master bath was gorgeous. Brian was a great host to work with and we appreciated his flexibility in allowing us to check in early and avoid an approaching Nor'easter storm. We would recommend the house to anyone looking for a large house on MV to enjoy time with family and friends.

Perfect home with perfect location

This brand new home offers everything you need for the perfect vacation. The amenities are upscale and you need to only bring your clothing and the desire to have a great & relaxing time. The owner took the time to show us how things in the house worked and let us know to reach out if we needed anything. The location is also perfect with the Lagoon right down the road and when I wasn’t sitting there taking in the peace & quiet, I was relaxing on the front porch with a glass of wine enjoying yet another wonderful vacation on MV.
