Minutes from the Beach

Great place to stay in a prime location! It only took us a few minutes to walk to the beach. Plenty of options to eat within a few minutes. Great experience overall. Clean and cozy!

What a great location!

We loved this place. Great for 2 people and can fit 2 more. So close to so many fun things to do and also all SD attractions. Great to have parking also!

Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay and hoping to return in the future. Was a little unsure about the checkout process since we had no internet access (real vacation) so we followed the list we found on the wall.All went well!!!!

This property is perfectly situated walking distance from shops, bars and Mission Beach! This property is clean, has all that you need for your stay and its very welcoming. Host was very responsive and polite! I recommend this property 👌

Incredible Location and Host for Mission Beach!

We had a short visit to Mission and this property was in the best location at the best price. Communication with host was top notch! I highly recommend it!!!

NO PARKING - Homeless Hangout

There is a parking spot, but extremely small. Possibly would fit a Mini Cooper. No options for parking any where else. Owner was aware right away, but did not offer a workable option. Entrance to unit is from alley that is shared with the homeless who use this area to hangout, eat, urinate, and defecate. Unit is physically in a good location. Steps to the Bay and Ocean. No view of either from unit. There is no balcony or BBQ area. Add is misleading. There is nothing " Beautiful " about it. Unit is not nice. Lighting is poor. Poor window coverings. No dishwasher and Disposal says " Do not use". Unit does have A/C if you count a portable unit sitting on a chair with a hose plumbed out the window. Lots of better options in this area.

Really enjoyed staying here with my son for our first trip to San Diego. It was nearby and walking distance to a lot of places. Beaches, the bay, gift shops and much more. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to visit. The owner was also very responsive and very quick and professional with any questions I had messaged him with. Great stay :)

Great price great location

It was a well put together space for 2 people, right across the street from Mission Bay Park, 1&1/2 blocks from the beach, a little less to the bay. Parking for a smaller vehicle only, but was perfect for us. It was the perfect get away for us! Thanks Adam for your hospitality!

Location Location!!!

Located in prime location near beach and Belmont Park. Right next to a bike shop for great rental prices. The space was perfect for us to enjoy in the mornings and evenings before adventuring around San Diego. We loved that there was boogie boards, an umbrella, beach chairs, and a wagon available to borrow on our trip since we traveled on an airplane and were unable to bring those items. Also, the host was gracious enough to let us store our luggage after check out so we could explore a little longer before heading to the airport. Overall great place to stay for a beach getaway and great communication from the host!

Excellent location. House was clean and everything worked fine. Beds are a little too soft for our taste but I guess that varies from person to person.

So close to Belmont Park, bike rental, beach and restaurants. When they said parking is tight it really is!! We squeezed in and didn't leave, walked everywhere. The place is how it looks. it gets bright in morning so bring eye mask if that bothers you. Upstairs unit.

This place was great, it was so close to so so much. You are surrounded by beaches, belmont park is across the street, there is food and shopping all around and its all walkable. Only thing that I would change is, i would put curtains/blinds on the living room windows. Really bright in the morning, and would help keep the room cooler. But other than that, it was clean, perfect for my family of 3, had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Would totally stay again, and again.

Wonderful Weekend!

All of the review talk about how nice and convenient this home is but they are not lying when they say parking is tight! I have a Chevy Colorado and it barely fit in the spot... but once i had it parked, I had to try to squeeze out the car door. I would definitely stay again, but i would bring a smaller car. Wonderful Weekend!

Cute place

My 18 year old son and I stayed here for the weekend and was easy to walk to the beach, market and just explore. The parking is in between two buildings so it’s very tight. My Range Rover barely fit. My son had to guide me then I had to jump out through the back… gulp. Other than that it was great.

AWESOME location walking distance to plenty to eat and do. Can jump in the ocean and grab a slice of pizza and be back in your room within 15min. Host is super responsive. Parking space is very helpful but its a tight alley. Anything bigger then my Jeep Cherokee will not fit. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had the basics. Neighbor has a construction project going so there was some noise but the host provided a discount. Would stay again. Keep in mind you need to climb a flight of stairs to get in.

Never ended up staying there. Falsely advertised parking, stated “tight parking” no vehicle could park in this designated location. You can’t exit your vehicle, if there was a vehicle parked there you can’t even access the property because you’d be blocked out. Homeless and speeding cars down the front is unsafe for kids. States “accommodated for 3 guests. There is only one bed. Owners disregarded our concerns and refused a refund when we couldn’t stay. Had to book a hotel to stay that was much safer for my family

Human feces in the alley, Unusuable parking

If you are looking for a clean, quiet, peaceful location, this is not it. General cleanliness was good, but floor fan and ceiling fans were dusty and grimy. Property is in an alley off a busy street. The alley is typical, with graffiti, trash, and human waste. Fan is needed to drown out the noise and cool the place down, as there is no AC and windows need to be open on warm evenings. There is a small parking spot, but both times we needed it, it was partially blocked by another vehicle so we couldn’t pull in and had to pay for parking at an adjacent lot until the matter was resolved. Host was quickly responsive to contact about parking situation and was somehow able to contact both car owners and ask them to move. The first time the other car owner moved it within about 15 minutes; the second time it took almost an hour. I wanted to leave after our first night but host was unwilling to refund. Overall an unpleasant and disappointing stay.

Walk to Fun

We were so pleased with the location of this rental. Once we parked at check-in, we didn't need our cat again until checking out! Walked to a great sushi spot, Mission Beach, Belmont Park, Starbucks and more. We had a fantastic time!
