Graces Beach House Àgs av Grace Withey och hanterades av Pat och Mike Withey. I december 2012 dog Grace som 90 Är gammal. James Patrick [Pat] och Mike Withey Àrvde Graces och hanterar fortfarande det. 2009 beslutade Grace att renovera sitt hem som inkluderade att det slÀpps ner till dubbarna och ombyggnad av hemmet med nytt allt.

Hemmet ligger i South Mission Beach och Àr ett enda familjhem. Det Àr en av endast ett fÄtal familjhem med Ocean Front kvar de flesta Àr lÀgenheter och bestÄr av 2 eller 3 enheter vilket betyder att vid Graces finns det [No Shared Spaces]. South Mission Àr mycket tystare och lÄg nyckel jÀmfört med North Mission och jag tror Àr mycket trevligare och bÀttre lÀmpad för familjer och pensionerade semesterfirare. Boardwalk Àr precis framför fastigheten sedan en enorm vit sandstrand sedan Stilla havet. Detta Àr en vacker plats och en fantastisk plats att bo eller besöka.

This house was everything we expected. Great location, ocean views,large front patio that’s perfect for relaxing while people watching. The house is stocked with all kinds of fun beach essentials-bikes, chairs, boogie boards, etc.The owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. Spacious bedrooms and large kitchen. We will be renting here again for sure!

Unclear which room is the master i would think it would be the king bed but its not its the queen with the bathroom kitchen was clean house well stocked with kitchen utensils and boogie boards.

Wonderful location

Had a great time, only complaint was the weather, sun was shining for only about an hour the whole weekend. Great spot for a relaxing vacation to catch up with family, would definitely stay there again.

Had problems with living room tv kept buffering. No remote for bedroom but host got one for us. We had to spray for ants. Probably any season. No big deal. Comfortable nice views of beach. Airplanes going over from 630 am to 11 was kind of annoying. Lots of traffic but nice places to go and est

Spring Break 2025

We enjoyed using Grace’s Beach House as our home away from home for spring break. The extras were perfect for our group- the kids enjoyed the beach toys and inside puzzles/ games. Thank you for sharing this space with us!

Great location and Management

My husband, sister and I stayed at this comfortable house right on Mission beach. All of us 80 year olds became volleyball enthusiasts watching all the games across from the patio. The house has comfortable seating and provides a great selection of cooking pots and utensils as well lots of dishes, linens and towels. The owners were very helpful. It was a great week on Mission Beach.

Fantastic Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at Graces Beach House! The location was perfect on the boardwalk/beach and close to everything. It had everything that we needed and was very clean. We enjoyed our daily walks as well as watching the volleyball games. The sunsets were beautiful! The hosts were amazing! We can hardly wait to come back! Thank you so very much!

Our mother Grace Withey was the owner but recently passed away in December 2012 at 90 years old and Pat and I inherited Graces. My wife and I live in Topeka KS. and moved here to watch our son Jeffree Withey play basketball at KU. My brother Pat who lives 2 blocks away does all maintenance and checks in and out vacationers and I do inquiries and bookings. We hope you choose Graces Beach House for your next vacation. Ocean breezes. sunsets, bike riding on the boardwalk and around the bay, [we have 4 beach bikes for you to use] swimming in the ocean or bay, surfing or boogie boarding, [we have 4 or 5 boogie board you can use] walking along the ocean or bayside, sun tanning, watching people walk by in your front yard or watching the volleyball players play volleyball or you can play yourself, barbeque or just kick back and relax.
