Andelslägenhet funktioner: Denna två våningar två sovrum plus loft bostadsrätt renoverades helt 2007. Fastigheten har trägolv, ny matta, stenplattor, bänkskivor i sten och granit, rostfritt apparater i Whirlpool, trådlöst internet och en 37-tums TV / DVD / CD-system för din njutning. Indian Springs Condominiums ligger i hjärtat av Elkhorn mittemot Village Center. Denna enhet har full tillgång till Elkhorn-bekvämligheterna.

På ingångsplanet hittar du vardagsrum, matsal och kök med välvt tak öppet till loftet ovanför. Det finns ett litet däck utanför vardagsrummet med utsikt över en bäck som går in i ett litet damm. Det finns en eldstad, 37 "platt-TV / DVD / CD-system i vardagsrummet, matplats med plats för 4 med ytterligare sittplatser i frukostbaren för 2. Denna enhet sover bekvämt 6 och erbjuder rymliga bostäder med mycket ljus i vardagsrummet. Andelslägenhet har cirka 1200 kvadratmeter och komplexet erbjuder gratis utomhusparkering. Du kan komma åt cykelvägen som går genom Village-området och tar dig till den större vägen som går norr och söder om Ketchum längs Big Wood River med fantastisk natur att ta i när du åker eller promenerar. Village-vägen tar dig över till Sun Valley Village för shopping och restauranger. Alla sängkläder och handdukar tillhandahålls åt dig och vi levererar tvål till badkar och kök samt varje badrum har hårtork.

Detta lägenhet ligger i hjärtat av Elkhorn Village på gångavstånd till den kostnadsfria pendelbussen. Indian Springs ligger också inom gångavstånd från mataffären och postkontoret. Under sommarmånaderna finns både golf, pooler, badtunnor och tennisbanor i Elkhorn Village och Harker Center. Den kostnadsfria pendeltrafiken tar bara ett kvarter bort, vilket kommer att transportera dig till skidliftar på Dollar Mountain, Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley resort och Elkhorn resort. Sun Valley har lagt till en ny gondol på River Run-sidan av Bald Mountain.

Great Spot for a Family Ski Trip

I stayed here with my wife and two daughters for a week long ski vacation. The place was perfect for the four of us. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the host was very responsive and accommodative. Would definitely go back.

Ski trip to Bald Mountain.

This was a very nice place to stay while skiing on Bald Mountain. It is a short drive to the mountain about 10 min. The kitchen was well stocked. It was very clean. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us that stayed there. I will stay here again if I ever have the opportunity.

Perfect for our family

This was a perfect spot for our family. The loft set up gave everyone their own space. Arrived very late to find a light on and the gas fireplace warming the unit on a cold night. The kitchen was well equipped with the pans and utensils we needed to make a big family dinner. The owner made sure we had access to the nearest amenities. The outdoor hot tub and cold plunge pool are always a treat after a day of great skiing. Thank you again for sharing your space!

Nice, clean condo at a good price

This condo is good value. A few things I should have checked out earlier: no balcony or outside sitting area and windows facing another unit make it slightly confining, and bedrooms are on the small side. Nice to have a washer/dryer and the kitchen is well-equipped, but there was only a few minutes of propane in the grill tank. It's really 3 1/2 stars and I am not complaining, but it may not appeal to everyone.

Pleasant stay!

Convenient location. Up-to-date kitchen and bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. (The knives were even sharp!) Owner was quick to respond when we had an unusual request.

Christmas Holiday

This was a wonderful condominium that accommodated the entire family with its 2 bedrooms and loft area that is furnished as a spacious 3rd bedroom on the second floor. The unit has a well equipped kitchen for preparing meals, and is conveniently located in the Elkhorn area of Sun Valley, backing up to the slopes of Dollar Mountain. My family would enjoy staying here again for our next trip.

Fabulous condo in quiet area

This is our second stay at this condo. As clean and comfortable as I remember from two summers ago. Nicely appointed and in a quiet low key location. As on our previous stay, our host Bob, was very responsive to our questions. The kitchen is well stocked with spices etc and many more plates, glasses and bowls than the two of us needed. Great bedding and towels. Would highly recommend this Elkhorn condo!!!

Good but needs some maintenance

Good location and layout but upstairs shower doesn't drain properly and bathroom looks worn and in need of work. Upstairs queen bed may be broken as it tilts to the left side. Water to washing machine was turned off (not sure this was intentional). Condo could use a ceiling fan as upstairs was very hot at night.

Fantastic condo in Elkhorn

The condo was perfect for our party of 3. Bob, the owner, was so easy to work with when a couple things came up. It was clean and spacious and very well-stocked. We would highly recommend staying in this lovely comfortable condo in a quiet area of Elkhorn.

A Wonderful Ski Trip to Sun Valley!

We had an amazing trip to Sun Valley! Bob, the owner, was super helpful! He provided us with a renter’s packet in advance that included all the travel instructions and details about the condo. They were very useful. Bob also answered several texts from me while we were there. He was very responsive and kind to help me with my many questions. We stayed in the condo with our family of six and it was great. It is not a huge place, but it is well designed so that it feels like there is much more space than the square footage would suggest. even with the six of us, we didn't feel like we were on top of each other like I have in other two bedroom Condos. It was well stocked with about everything you could want in the kitchen and bathrooms. It even had many kitchen food essentials like spices and stuff. Because of that, we cooked there for almost every meal. We also used the grill which was a nice bonus to have. We were there to ski, and it was awesome! It is about a 200-yard walk to the Elkhorn Lift at Dollar Mountain, which was running while we were there. We could also Ski almost all the way back to the Condo at the end of the day, It is also just a few hundred yards from the shuttle stop to take you to Dollar & Bald Mountains. We also loved the ski closet, to store your gear in, that you have access to on the main floor. We utilized the community hot tub every day and it was a treat. It is not within walking distance of the condo, at least in the winter. You must drive there, it is probably about a quarter mile or so away, but it was such a nice facility, that we didn’t mind the drive. Overall, we loved this place and we will probably be visiting again

New Years family stay

We stayed over the holidays and had a very good experience. The Unit was in good shape and had everything that our family needed for our stay, including a kitchen stocked with basic cooking ingredients. There is access to the Elkhorn hot tub facilities which is nice. Overall, a nice unit for a reasonable price.

Perfect condo!

This condo was perfect for our family. It’s updated and feels new. Clean, nicely decorated with all of the amenities and then some. So close to town, restaurants and great family-friendly skiing. We’ll definitely be back. As our daughter said “the only thing that could make this place better would be if it had a magical unicorn!” It’s that great!

Hi,we are the Dudleys and we love Sun Valley. We discovered it about 10 years ago and have been visiting 3 or 4 times a year ever since. There is always something to do for the entire family. Winter has us skiing downhill and cross-country. Spring is crisp and starts the bike riding season. Summer has concerts, mountain biking, swimming, tennis and after desert walks. Fall brings out the colors. Did I mention you can actually see more than 10 stars in the sky. Bring you kids and show them what the Milky Way looks like, we did.
