Härlig, rymlig lägenhet i centrum av Venedig,

I den historiska stadskärnan av Venedig Ca 'Rio Marin ligger bara två minuter från Chiesa dei Frari, en av de vackraste kyrkorna i Venedig, bara tio minuter från Rialtobron och femton minuter från Piazza San Marco. Det är också mycket bekvämt, nära till järnvägsstationen och Piazzale Roma.

Det är också mycket nära till alla vaporetto (vattenbuss), taxi och flygplatstransfer.

Lägenheten ligger nära en viktig byggnad i Venedig, Ca 'Gradenigo, där de föddes några av de Doges, och nära en kanal som heter Rio Marin.

Mycket nära till lägenheten hittar du frukt och grönsaker, slaktare, greengrocers, snabbköp (Billa, i Rio Marin), konditori, apotek (i Bari), olika pizzerior och restauranger. Vi ser fram emot att det krävs ytterligare information.

Lägenheten är mycket bekväma och du kan lätt gå någonstans till fots. Lägenheten ligger i en cul-de-sac och det är mycket lugn och rofylld. Lägenheten har tre våningar: nedervåningen finns ett stort vardagsrum med en bäddsoffa och ett badrum med dusch, på första våningen finns ett sovrum och ett badrum med dusch, vardagsrum med kök och en öppen trappa som leder till brutna där det finns två enkelsängar lungt lämplig för barn och ungdomar.

Great location, comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms

This apartment was fantastic, spacious rooms and was ideal for our family stay.The only thing that was missing was a toaster oven as we would like to have been able to make toast and cook things that require an oven.Also the sitting area only had a small couch.

Great staycation in Venezia

Brilliant family or friends group property, 3 seperate sleeping zones over 3 floors, Rita was a superb host, extremely attentive and excellent communications, have been to Venice 6 times and this was one of the best venues… loved it all.

The property is exactly as advertised! Very big, with plenty of room for a family! The AC was great! And the communication was fantastic throughout the whole process! Highly recommend! We will be back!

Great Place in Venice!

Had a great time staying here. The house was perfect for us, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, probably the best of the three places we stayed in Italy. I loved the location because it was super easy to get to and from the train station. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay in Venice!

We had 3 adults and 2 children for a short stay in Venice. This apartment was great and the location could not be better. It was centrally located and made getting around to all the sites very easy.

Awesome location and place

Loved this place, the hosts were so sweet and the place was perfect. One recommendation would be to provide the Google maps location of the restaurant next door as the address since it’s hard to find the actual address on maps.

Great place to stay in the heart of Venice

We based ourselves here for a week's holiday and it was the perfect base for a family of four to explore Venice at our own pace. The house was clean and with ample space (3 bedrooms), and conveniently located to enjoy the delights of this magical city. A great find - recommended.

Great location near the station

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for our family of five. It was well equipped having a microwave and washing machine. Communication with the owner was easy and she gave us plenty of tips and advice to make our stay easy. The location is great, only a few minutes from Santa Lucia station and close to to plenty of shops and restaurants. Short walks to a lot of the main sights too.

Holiday in Venice

Excellent location of apartment near Piazzale Roma, so easy access to many places of interest, but not too noisy. Apartment was well-equipped and professionally managed by a very friendly host, always quick to reply to messages. Woukd definitely recommend!

Charming apartment, centrally located with all mod cons and comforts.

We loved our stay in this beautiful period property. Our host Rita was most helpful throughout. The property is centrally located near the main tourist thoroughfare, so expect some passing pedestrians in the evenings. Well apportioned rooms and lots of space over three floors.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Venice at this property! It was large and there was plenty of room for us to spread out(me and my husband and three kids 14, 11, and 9). The A/C was much appreciated since we were there in July and the washer was great since we packed light. Very easy to find with the directions given and easy to get to other places in Venice. There were restaurants and grocery stores close. Overall, we had a fantastic time in Venice and would absolutely stay at this property again!

Quiet and Convenient for 2 couples

Venice was the first stop on our 10 day trip. The apartment was easy to find when coming from the bus. The host made things very easy. It was great to have two bathrooms. We appreciated the AC!

Lovely Place

If coming in by train, this is an ideal location. The two large bedrooms have good ac units which worked well. It was quite warm while we were there, so if we wanted to gather in the large kitchen/dinning/living room area, we needed the windows open. This was the only minor inconvenience we had as the mosquitos did come in even without having lights on in the home. It is a somewhat quite area at the end of a street, but yet just a short walk to restraunts, grocery stores, shops and even the gondolas.

Going to Venice? Stay here.

We own three vacation rentals in San Diego, CA. USA and have to tell you my family appreciated the location of this apartment for ease of access to the breezeways and pathways throughout Venice. The owners are very accommodating to your needs. Our flight was delayed and we came in late about 11 and were met for access without any problems. Highly recommended for any length of stay. We booked this apartment almost one year in advance.

Perfect family apartment

This extremely clean and surprisingly spacious apartment with all of the necessary amenities located a short 5 minute walk from the train station and Piazzale Roma worked out perfectly for our family of 5 adults during our June 2022 stay. Rita is an excellent host and was very helpful to us during our stay, and was even able to accommodate us for an extra night when our flight home was cancelled. She was a pleasure to work with and she made the process of checking in and checking out very easy. She did an excellent job of communicating with us both prior to and during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed and to answer any of our questions. The apartment is very clean and well maintained and the location is perfect for anyone arriving by train or car. We loved every minute of our stay in Rita's apartment and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice. Thank you Rita!

first time in Italy

We stayed here the last 2 nights of our trip to Italy, and well 2 nights was not enought, Venice is an amazing city and this appartement was a fantastic place to stay. A quick 5-10 min walk from Pizzale Roma (bus station) to the front door and easy to find. Just beware if it is your first time to Venice pack light. The steps on the bridge with heavy bags sucks. The owner was awesome very helpfull answering all our questions, gave resteraunt advise and even took us on a small tour for about 15 min or nearby amenities it was awesome. Not expected at all but very appreciated. Made me not want to leave Venice. Not far at all from Rialto bridge and St Marco, shops and resteraunts close by, and 3 mins from the train station. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Highly recommended!!!

Super location

The location is fantastic, so close to the the train station and vaporetto, as well as restaurants and shops. The accommodation is quite quirky but clean. The front door is quite hard to open and shut quietly as instructed by the owners as it sticks. It's reasonably well equipped, plenty of pots, pans, crockery, cutlery etc., some larger glasses would have been appreciated though. If you would like to cook in, please note there is a 4 ring gas hob but no oven. Although the open plan lounge kitchen diner has a decent table with 6 chairs, the sofa only seats 2 people and it's all upstairs. It was a little dingy inside not as bright as the photos. The washing machine and airers were a great bonus. Both bathrooms were decent enough and the beds were comfortable. The rubbish disposal in Venice is a bit of a pain, you have certain days for different recyclables and collection is within a short window. You are supposed to get a knock on your door, but if you go out early, we noticed people hung their rubbish bags on their door handles in the morning. There are very few public rubbish bins around in Venice. Overall we were happy and would stay here again.

Charming Apartment in Venice

We were so fortunate to rent the apartment - an ideal location, spacious (!) and perfect for a family of four - two adults and two teenage girls. (We didn't even use the first floor, with a two sofas - one a sleeper.) The apartment is extremely easy to find, especially for first-time visitors to Venice, (we met several folks wandering, looking for their hotels...) super-convenient to the train station, yet on a private street. Even in February the apartment was very bright, overlooking a lovely neighbor's garden in the rear. Sparkling clean, with tons of light and all the conveniences - excellent mattresses, fluffy comforters, modern bathrooms (2!), a washer (!), and a lovely kitchen/dining family area (although the apartment is very close to a good grocery and numerous reasonable restaurants, so we ate out much of the week.) Our hosts, Rita and Matteo were kind enough to point out shortcuts, along with the grocery, pharmacy, pizza and gelato shops. We would highly recommend the apartment - an excellent value!

Top Lage

Die Lage ist super für Ausflüge mit dem Vaporetto, da man nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt ist und dort in die wichtigen Vaporetto Linien früh einsteigen kann. Ein kleiner Supermarkt liegt auch um die Ecke, als Selbstversorger bekommt man dort alles was man braucht.

Logement très confortable et bien situé pour un séjour a Venise

Logement propre, grand et fonctionnel, très confortable pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants (nous n'avons utilisé que 2 chambres sur 3).Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié les jouets au dernier étage. La localisation est très pratique pour visiter Venise, a proximité immédiate des arrêts de vaporetto, de la gare et de la piazzale Roma.L'inconvénient associé est une grande fréquentation de la rue, avec du bruit (conversations, valises) dans la chambre qui donne vers la rue, y compris tôt le matin et tard le soir, mais on s'y habitue assez vite. Il manquerait un lave vaisselle dans l'idéal. Et les moustiques peuvent être voraces (12 piqûres en 1 nuit pour mon fils), pensez a vous protéger même si on ne les voit pas forcément.
