Enjoy Big flatscreen TVs all over the house, free Wi-Fi and Netflix, it’s own private beach, Barbecue grills, tons of outdoor seating, a 200 foot pier perfect for fishing or boating, a loft perfect for the kids, Sweeping ocean views from the second and third floor, and much more!!! minutes from the beach strip with world-class dining and live music. Ask about the gorgeous guest house and how u can add it to your reservation!

Please note that We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1
toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll
for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo
for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies,
laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from
other guest will remain but we do not stock
these things for our quests. Please plan

Very Disappointed

After a long day of travel, we arrived to the house a little before check in to find that we couldn’t check in because they were “fixing an issue” inside. We quickly found out that they had bombed the house for flies. Dead flies were everywhere and we didn’t get into the house until 3 hours after check in (with small kids who were hungry and tired). Dead flies littered the floors all week. The pool was green for the first half of our stay. The internet never worked even though someone spent hours in the house trying to fix it night one. There were also smaller issues that I wouldn’t normally complain about like a lack of towels, bath mats, broken chairs, broken flooring, etc. The location was great and the view was amazing, but I would hate for someone else to spend their hard earned money on a house that presented so many issues on what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation.

Great vacation house

This was a beautiful property - I would consider renting again. Our group of 11 was very comfortable in this space. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the dock area. The sunsets were beautiful. The owners were very responsive. There was an issue with the pool when we arrived, but when I called to report it the owners had someone out to correct it within 1/2 hour. I would recommend this place to people with large groups.

Great location. Property in need of better upkeep

A general lack of maintenance and upkeep made what could have been a decent property feel lackluster. Everywhere you look, something is broken or worn down (chairs, blinds, siding, shower shelving, etc...) When we first arrived, there were other guests in the pool which was a shock - it appears that there are several long-term tenants in other guest houses on site that use the pool when this house is unrented. This is understandable, but the lack of pool maintenance is upsetting as well. The pool was green and cloudy throughout our entire 5 day stay despite messaging the host on the 2nd morning of our stay. The bare minimum supplies were present but there were no trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, or hand soap. The kitchen was minimally equipped and a noticeable smell came from the kitchen/laundry area (I'm guessing some sort of drainage or sewage issue). There were 8 towels (one for each bed) but we found ourselves doing laundry daily to have clean towels between showering/pool use. We visit Florida every summer and always stay in a VRBO. We LOVED Manasota Key and will return next year, but we will not be staying in this property. While the host was kind enough through messaging, the price paid and the quality of the property do not match up.

Relaxing and Easy!

The property was fantastic and just as described. Outside needed some minor work. Inside was immaculate! We had everything we needed to have a nice and relaxing stay. Our kids LOVED the pool! We loved how the main floor opens up to the screened in porch area. Very peaceful in the evenings!
