The condos was just as described, the views were amazing, the community pool overlooking the ocean was a great place to unwind each evening with other families with kids playing and enjoying the sunset. We will definitely look to come back to this condo on future trips.

Perfect stay

We needed to change our accommodations at the last minute and this was perfect for us. Korbin was awesome getting us in at the last minute. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect!!! We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Perfect spot.

Couldn’t have wished for a better location. Watching t'the sunset from the deck was idyllic. The condo was very comfortable for two couples. Very room and the beds were great. I definitely would book this unit again. The living space on the deck was … heaven.

Paradise in Paradise

Our second stay in this unit and loved it just as much as the first time. Location, amenities, property, and the view are perfect. We are already trying to figure out when our 3rd stay will happen! Thank you!!!

Great Location!

We enjoyed the serenity and beauty of the property! They supply everything you need for a great vacation! I will definitely stay again! Owner/management company are very friendly and accommodating! The furnishing are very comfortable and the property is clean and well maintained. Shower was great with massaging shower head. Fans and AC keep you very comfortable. Views are great!

Awesome experience in every way !!! A word to the wise - remember to make reservations if you're eating at the Ocean Club on property (which is convenient and a very nice setting) as they had limited availability :)

Beautiful oceanfront condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The views and the balcony are outstanding. The condo is modern and well-stocked. The pool/restaurant area is located close to this unit. We ate at the restaurant several times while the kids played in the pool, very convenient and fun. We attended the luau at the close by Marriott (great!) and played some golf on the nearby courses. I’d definitely recommend if you are looking for a resort-like stay.

Ocean front views, privacy, tranquility

Top floor end unit with extra light/windows. Abundant space, high end kitchen, AC for sleeping. The lanai is so comfortable and inviting. Christmas tree was a nice touch during our December stay. Halii Kai resort is pristine, relaxed vibe away from crowded beaches. Shops and restaurants nearby. Only negative was dirty carpeting which we are told is scheduled for replacement.

Wonderful condo and resort

We enjoyed our stay very much. The ocean view is spectacular and the condo is beautiful and well equipped. A special thank you to Kanoe and Rosa of Hawaii Luxury Real Estate (the unit's property manager) ~ their assistance with questions at the beginning of our stay was helpful and they were so swift to respond. Also, we enjoyed the restaurant at the Halii Kai complex. The food and drinks were great and the staff so very kind. We enjoyed a number of meals there enjoying the view and the live music. :)

Condo was everything we needed and then some. View was second to none! All the beach and shore equipment you could ask for. Great kitchen. The condo was great.Only problem we had was the pool staff / experience. Very disappointed. Staff rude. It was clear to use they didn't want us there. Won't return to this location with family again because of it.

I am sorry that you did not have the perfect time at the pool. I have let the managers of the pool know as the goal is for everyone to enjoy paradise. The pool is managed by a different company and I know they have had some staff changes

Best location with awesome oceanfront view. Top of the line appliance’s. A few of the appliances needed service which we reported to property mgmt. Need to add some umbrellas at the pool. Overall great property would stay again.

The location and property are great. The view is amazing. The condo was well supplied. We enjoyed the daily and multiple whale sitings. The condo is decorated very well. The cleanliness is less than great. The carpet needs cleaning. The lanai furniture looks good but is not comfortable as the cushions are worn out.

Great Stay

Property is in a well maintained gated neighborhood. The Home is very comfortable and perfect for two couples. Since the property is against the neighborhood boundaries its balcony is very private and protected from any wind or rain arriving from the South. The neighborhood pool and restaurant are very nice; just realize that you can NOT consume outside beverage or food while in the HOA Complex. Whales seem to be drawn to the shallower water directly In front of the property… sitting on this porch you’ll also find yourself watching porpoise grazing back and forth less than 1/4 mile away.. wonderful spot!

The amenities were wonderful and they included many special touches, like sun tan lotion & beach chairs and day cooler. and nice big beach towels. There were many spices and condiments included that made provisioning so much easier. The kitchen was great and had everything a cook could want. We loved the 2 dishwashers! The Lanai overlooking the ocean was priceless. It is a vey well appointed condo and we hope to come back again soon!

Loved it!!! Will book again!

This property is special. It is at the end of the development right on the ocean. There is an unobstructed ocean view from the lanai and the primary suite - just grass and lava then the ocean. To the left is vegetation and quiet. Other condo to the right and below, but the only tell of others is if the below folks were out, which was infrequent. Two minute walk to pool. It is an ideal, private location. The rooms were spacious, and the condo well appointed with all we needed. Called management twice for mundane questions and the designated person picked right up. I had a bad experience with a booking immediately prior which VRBO was amazing and fixed and booked this one last minute. I was so glad I stumbled upon it! I will book again. Highly recommend.
