Please note that you are in the downtown area so please be cautious as you would in any other large city.

- No shoes inside the house please
- No parties, events, or large gatherings
- No unauthorized guest: Guests who are not listed on the reservation are considered unauthorized guests and will be charged $150 per night.
- Guests staying for more than 30 days must agree to sign a formal lease agreement.
- The owners/managers reserve the right to enter the premises to make repairs/maintenance or in case of an emergency.
