5 minute drive to Canyons Ski Resort; 1 minute drive/walking distance to the Outlet Center; 1 minute drive to Walmart & Whole Foods; Millenium hiking/biking trail directly outside of unit that connects to the 300 mile PC trail system; 10 minute drive to Main St w/ free shuttle right outside the building; 15 to 30 minutes to downtown SLC & SLC airport; Free parking for 2 cars (1 spot is assigned & covered and the other is first come first serve guest parking with provided pass). King size bed, gas fireplace, walk in tiled shower with pebble floor, washer & dryer in unit, fully stocked stainless steel kitchen, pull out sofa mattress with additional memory foam topper. Outdoor community pool available in the summer. Hot tub spa available all year round. Come back to this cozy retreat and recharge with everything you need after a long day out on the mountains!

nice remodeled unit
Nicely remodeled unit in older condo development. Host was very responsive. Very near all retail and restaurants in Kimball Junction and close to the Canyons entrance at Park City. Right next door to Olympic Park entrance. Brand new appliances and well stocked. Very comfortable king bed and linens.

Clean and comfortable
The property looked just like the pictures online. Everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location was super close to Kimball Junction, the outlets and a variety of good restaurants. We hadn't received any check-in instructions by the time we arrived, but a quick text to the owner solved that issue.
Our only issue is that the water had a funky smell and taste - like rotten eggs. We bought some bottled water to take care of it.

The location was great, right behind the outlet mall, easily walkable to the outlet mall and the walmart was just a little further. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We didnt use the pool or gym but did use the hot tub and it was very hot, just how we like it, so it was enjoyable for us, just several buildings away so we did drive up to it.The owner was easily accessible via phone and text message when we needed him, apparently the last tenant took the parking pass. We were golfing everyday so didnt want to lug the clubs back and forth to the assigned covered spot everyday when there was one in front of condo. Now for the down sides, which might not matter, especially depending on time of the year. The unit does not have central air and the afternoon sun comes into the windows as the unit faces west so it got pretty hot. The owner supplied a portable air conditioner but it required the exhaust pipe to be put in the window. This meant the window had to be open partially with blinds up part way This allowed more hot air in while running the air conditioner. Also the unit is ground floor and since it actually sits below grade, With the blinds open there was no privacy and the room was very bright. Sun didnt set until after 9pm and then there was a light from the parking lot that shined right into bedroom. We wound up having to hang a sheet up to get some privacy.

Clean, modern (remodeled in 2021) unit that makes for a very comfortable stay in Park City. After a long day of skiing, hiking or mountain biking, enjoy a nice relaxing shower in the brand tiled shower with stone floor, sit by the gas fireplace & relax in the comfy king size bed. New kitchen with granite counter tops & an in-unit washer & dryer set provides everything you need for a great stay!

5 minute drive to the canyons. 10-15 minute drive to Park City Mountain & Main St. Gas fireplace. Hiking/biking trail directly outside the unit. 1-2 minute drive to the Outlets, Walmart, Whole Foods & numerous restaurants. 3 minute drive to red rock plaza with 25+ restaurants & shops. Quick 25-30 minute drive from SLC airport with no stop lights at all. Year round hot tub access. Free shuttle directly outside of the condo building
