Denna tysta, på översta våningen, har en sovrum lägenhet utsikt över Park City Mountain Resort. Sovrummet är möblerat med en dubbelsäng och gott om förvaring. I vardagsrummet finns nya möbler, inklusive en bäddsoffa, en bekväm stol, ett förvaringsskåp, och TV. Köket är fullt utrustat. Handdukar, sängkläder, schampo / balsam och hårtork finns. Vi erbjuder även kaffe (regelbunden och koffeinfria) och omedelbar varm choklad.

På plats finns bland annat en året-runt uppvärmd pool med intilliggande inomhus badtunna, fri yta och garage, mynt tvättmöjligheter, automater och en hiss. Lägenheten har också gratis WiFi, Comcast, en 42 tums smart tv i vardagsrummet, en andra tv i sovrummet, luftkonditionering, öppen spis och badkar med dusch.

Inom gångavstånd från Carriage House finns många restauranger, butiker och en livsmedelsbutik.

Park City har en gratis bussystem med 3 olika linjer strax utanför Carriage House komplexa, och bussar går från morgon till kväll. Bussar till tre världsklass skidområden (Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley och The Canyons), historiska Main Street, och shopping och matplats i Park City och Kimball Junction.

Carriage House ligger tvärs över gatan från den historiska Union Pacific Rail Trail. Denna 28 mil järnväg spår erbjuder rekreationsmöjligheter för vandrare, cyklister, och x-skidåkare. Det är också bara en 1 + mil promenad till historiska Main Street.

Använda en transfer från Salt Lake City flygplats till Park City, tillsammans med den fria bussystemet, gör en hyrbil onödigt. I mitten av veckan städservice finns också. Ytterligare avgifter som gäller för dessa tilläggstjänster.

Probably one of the cleanest VRBO's we've stayed at. :)

Julie was great, super accommodating, and for real, one of the cleanest VRBO's we've stayed at! They have one of the best units in the building. It's older so you can still hear people, but being on the top floor is a definite plus. Private view and patio. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Julie!

Great stay

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here, and we plan to come next ski season as well. Clean, convenient and perfect size for a couple. We won't stay anywhere else.

Clean and well kept

Although we loved the cleanliness and overall look of this condo we were a little disappointed with the comfort. The bed was not comfortable but that is just a personal preference according to my back. The "A/C" is just a small room unit that did not work. tgsu this had been in the winter

Great value close to Main Street

This condo was clean and comfortable. We spent Mother's Day weekend in Park City and it worked out extremely well. The condo complex is close to Main Street and was easy to get in and out. The bed was comfortable and warm. The balcony is very private. We would definitely stay here again.

Our favorite rental in Park City

We loved everything about this condo: comfy sofa, comfy bed, well appointed kitchen, AC, location, proximity to trails, view, even the framed photos! Julie and Steve were great as well. We plan to be back next summer and will book around availability. We couldn't ask for a better break into the mountains!

Steve & Julie's rental property was a perfect fit for us. Be sure to take the time and read about all the renovations they personally did to the unit -- the handiwork shows that they really cared about the fit and finish. Very responsive and great to communicate with. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice Condo

This was a perfect place for us to spend a few days on our way home from Yellowstone. Recent very tasteful remodel has made the condo comfortable and extremely affordable when considering what it has to offer. Its nice and close to restaurants and stores as well as ski areas for the winter. Review will most likely be even higher when the local construction is finished as noise level was slightly increased as sidewalks were being completed.

Super comfortable and modern and great location to winter fun!

Carriage House #413 was the perfect place for our family of 3 for a post Christmas ski vacation. The condo unit is very well equipped with everything you need, modern design, super cozy blankets and towels, and easy access to Park City Mountain with the bus lines! The owners were also very responsive - even as we arrived late the first night and couldn’t find the parking pass, the owner immediately responded to let me know where to find a back up! They also provided a great website with all the information we needed for our first visit to Park City. Thank you Julie & Steve for sharing your place!

Well stocked and ready for skiers

This is a building with mostly rental apartments. Park City old town pricing being what it is this was a great alternative. Very accessible to old town on very convenient free transit Apartment kitchen is above expectation and extras ( boot dryer!) are much appreciated. Not luxurious but excellent value. Park city ski hills very close by. Owners very accessible. State of the art keyless entry is a big plus.

Clean, comfortable, convenient! As many reviewers have stated, this condo is nice & clean. The bed was very comfortable. With Park City’s cool nights in the summer, it was very comfortable sleeping w/ the windows open. This particular unit is on the top floor (4th floor). The way the building is oriented, this unit offers privacy, even with the windows & sliding door open. There is a nice view of the mountain in the distance.The owners. Julie & Steve, have remodeled the whole unit. They have put a lot of thought into remodeling the unit, w/ things like an extra vanity & sink in the bedroom, making it easier for people trying to get out the door in the morning. The condo is located in the convenient Prospector area of Park City. There are restaurants within easy walking distance of the condo. The Rail Trail is close to the condo. Locals & tourists alike use the free bus to travel to & from Main Street, Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, & shopping & dining in Park City & Kimball Junction. You can bring your skis & bicycles on the bus. The bus is very convenient. There is a bus stop right next to the condo. The parking is free. You just have to register your vehicle. This condo is in an older building. If you are looking for a building w/ a fancy lobby & staff in the lobby, this isn’t it. There is a key code to get into the building, & a different key code for the unit.The communication from the owners was excellent! Welcome guide was very clear & comprehensive!

Charming and cozy little condo - very convenient to skiing and restaurants

I must have looked at a hundred ski in and ski out rentals that all looked exactly the same before this listing caught my eye. It had such great reviews and looked so charming that I decided this was the place to stay for our first visit to Park City. The unit is exactly like the pictures, and so charming and cozy! The owners have put little special touches everywhere, and the kitchen and bathroom were fully supplied with all the things we would need. It is obvious that that put a lot of love and care into this condo. On the top floor, it feels completely private. We rented a car and found the parking at the base of Park City and Canyons very easy. We just made sure to arrive before 8:30 a.m. The ski areas are only a few minutes away, and you can also take a bus, which we didn't choose to do. Julie was very easy to communicate with, and always answered my questions very quickly and gave me a lot of good information. We would stay here again and again if we could afford to come to Park City every year! My husband and I would highly recommend this unit. It's truly very special.

Condo was clean and well located. Host left bottled water for us which was quite kind. Good communication before and throughout trip. Check out process was easy with very clear and reasonable requests by host. Due to stairs would not necessarily be handicapped accessible

It had all the necessary things we needed, very clean with extra towels. The only thing is we ran out of was tissue for the bathroom and instead of complaining, we just went out and bought our own. I wish I had known of the downtown part of Park City we found out our last day. Very cute town! The building itself was nice, and the condo fit our needs, everything seemed to be updated with a comfortable bed and fluffy warm bedspread.

Very clean, comfortable and convenient. The place was well stocked with coffee, spices, etc. Easy drive to downtown Park City (we didn't try the free trolly), and right across the street is a great walking/biking trail that goes for miles. There were several amenities nearby, but frankly we spent a LOT of time in the downtown area. We would gladly stay there again.

Skiing has been a part of our lives since we were children; in fact, we first met on the slopes at a little ski resort in Frontenac, Minnesota. Since those early years we have continued to enjoy the sport with our now grown children and other family members. After skiing out West for many years, we have decided to make Park City the location of our vacation home. We have come to enjoy the summers in Park City as much as the winters with miles of bike trails, golf courses, tennis courts, etc. Park City has such quick airport access, and some of the best skiing in the world.

Varför värden valde detta boende

It took us over two years to find the ideal condo for our vacation home. We were impressed with the quality and affordability of the Carriage House. We also enjoy the quiet, 4th floor setting with a view of Park City Mountain Resort. The location is fantastic as everything is within walking distance: The Rail Trail, grocery stores, restaurants, sports shops, and so much more. The bus stops are just steps away. In the winter we can just put on our boots, jump on the bus, and be at a world-class ski resort in minutes. In the summer we have access to numerous bike trails by riding across the street to get onto the Rail Trail.
