Denna tysta, pÄ översta vÄningen, har en sovrum lÀgenhet utsikt över Park City Mountain Resort. Sovrummet Àr möblerat med en dubbelsÀng och gott om förvaring. I vardagsrummet finns nya möbler, inklusive en bÀddsoffa, en bekvÀm stol, ett förvaringsskÄp, och TV. Köket Àr fullt utrustat. Handdukar, sÀngklÀder, schampo / balsam och hÄrtork finns. Vi erbjuder Àven kaffe (regelbunden och koffeinfria) och omedelbar varm choklad.

PÄ plats finns bland annat en Äret-runt uppvÀrmd pool med intilliggande inomhus badtunna, fri yta och garage, mynt tvÀttmöjligheter, automater och en hiss. LÀgenheten har ocksÄ gratis WiFi, Comcast, en 42 tums smart tv i vardagsrummet, en andra tv i sovrummet, luftkonditionering, öppen spis och badkar med dusch.

Park City har en gratis bussystem med 3 olika linjer strax utanför Carriage House komplexa, och bussar gÄr frÄn morgon till kvÀll. Bussar till tre vÀrldsklass skidomrÄden (Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley och The Canyons), historiska Main Street, och shopping och matplats i Park City och Kimball Junction.

Carriage House ligger tvÀrs över gatan frÄn den historiska Union Pacific Rail Trail. Denna 28 mil jÀrnvÀg spÄr erbjuder rekreationsmöjligheter för vandrare, cyklister, och x-skidÄkare. Det Àr ocksÄ bara en 1 + mil promenad till historiska Main Street.

Condo was clean and well located. Host left bottled water for us which was quite kind. Good communication before and throughout trip. Check out process was easy with very clear and reasonable requests by host. Due to stairs would not necessarily be handicapped accessible

It had all the necessary things we needed, very clean with extra towels. The only thing is we ran out of was tissue for the bathroom and instead of complaining, we just went out and bought our own. I wish I had known of the downtown part of Park City we found out our last day. Very cute town! The building itself was nice, and the condo fit our needs, everything seemed to be updated with a comfortable bed and fluffy warm bedspread.

Very clean, comfortable and convenient. The place was well stocked with coffee, spices, etc. Easy drive to downtown Park City (we didn't try the free trolly), and right across the street is a great walking/biking trail that goes for miles. There were several amenities nearby, but frankly we spent a LOT of time in the downtown area. We would gladly stay there again.

Clean, comfortable, convenient! As many reviewers have stated, this condo is nice & clean. The bed was very comfortable. With Park City’s cool nights in the summer, it was very comfortable sleeping w/ the windows open. This particular unit is on the top floor (4th floor). The way the building is oriented, this unit offers privacy, even with the windows & sliding door open. There is a nice view of the mountain in the distance.The owners. Julie & Steve, have remodeled the whole unit. They have put a lot of thought into remodeling the unit, w/ things like an extra vanity & sink in the bedroom, making it easier for people trying to get out the door in the morning. The condo is located in the convenient Prospector area of Park City. There are restaurants within easy walking distance of the condo. The Rail Trail is close to the condo. Locals & tourists alike use the free bus to travel to & from Main Street, Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, & shopping & dining in Park City & Kimball Junction. You can bring your skis & bicycles on the bus. The bus is very convenient. There is a bus stop right next to the condo. The parking is free. You just have to register your vehicle. This condo is in an older building. If you are looking for a building w/ a fancy lobby & staff in the lobby, this isn’t it. There is a key code to get into the building, & a different key code for the unit.The communication from the owners was excellent! Welcome guide was very clear & comprehensive!

Probably one of the cleanest VRBO's we've stayed at. :)

Julie was great, super accommodating, and for real, one of the cleanest VRBO's we've stayed at! They have one of the best units in the building. It's older so you can still hear people, but being on the top floor is a definite plus. Private view and patio. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Julie!

Although we loved the cleanliness and overall look of this condo we were a little disappointed with the comfort. The bed was not comfortable but that is just a personal preference according to my back. The "A/C" is just a small room unit that did not work. tgsu this had been in the winter

We stayed 5 nights and were able to walk to everything, including bike rental shops,.dining, groceries, etc. Newly renovated condo, lovely amenities but building is older.

Clean & comfortable

Comfortable and clean. Easy check-in and checkout. Great for my daughter and I to rest or to drive to shopping in between soccer games. Host was quick to call back when I had a question. Would stay again.

Anniversary ski trip 🎿

Place was as described, very cozy and great location. Walkable to most restaurants and bus stops right across property making it very easy to move around ( rental car stayed unused until our last day back to airport) very convenient

Skiing has been a part of our lives since we were children; in fact, we first met on the slopes at a little ski resort in Frontenac, Minnesota. Since those early years we have continued to enjoy the sport with our now grown children and other family members. After skiing out West for many years, we have decided to make Park City the location of our vacation home. We have come to enjoy the summers in Park City as much as the winters with miles of bike trails, golf courses, tennis courts, etc. Park City has such quick airport access, and some of the best skiing in the world.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

It took us over two years to find the ideal condo for our vacation home. We were impressed with the quality and affordability of the Carriage House. We also enjoy the quiet, 4th floor setting with a view of Park City Mountain Resort. The location is fantastic as everything is within walking distance: The Rail Trail, grocery stores, restaurants, sports shops, and so much more. The bus stops are just steps away. In the winter we can just put on our boots, jump on the bus, and be at a world-class ski resort in minutes. In the summer we have access to numerous bike trails by riding across the street to get onto the Rail Trail.
