Close to Sandia Peak/Mountain Tram, Home of the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta- where people travel from all of the world to come to and fly their balloons in, horseback riding, hiking, biking, trails, golfing, skiing and snowboarding, shopping, wineries, and microbreweries. Near Rio Rancho, Bernalillo, Placitas, Corrales, Los Lunas, Belen, Bosque Farm and East Mountains. Easy access for day trips to Madrid, Jemez Springs, Santa Fe and the Opera House and Meow Wolf- a life size art exhibit- one of the only ones in the world, Los Alamos, Taos and Las Vegas, NM.

Albuquerque is surrounded by breathtaking views in the center the Land of Enchantment.
