We had a great time, the house was exactly as presented, very clean. Kitchen well stocked. The pool was amazing especially for our grandson, the shallow area gave him a great place to play. The location was ideal, super close to the beach and the area was not crowded at all. The owners checked in with us to make sure everything was going well-communication was excellent. We have stayed on HHI several times and this was our favorite by far.

First of all, the communication with Linda and Jay was exceptional. I felt like they went over and above to make everything perfect even before we got there. The house was wonderful and we hope that we will get to stay there again. Updated and clean, with plenty of room for everyone to hang out. Also, only steps from the beach! Closer than I expected. All in all, a fabulous stay. Everyone was so pleased with the property.

Perfect Week in Hilton Head

Beachwalk Cottage is our favorite place to stay in Sea Pines. The house is set up perfectly with the right number of bed and bathrooms, the kitchen has everything you need, and the extra amenities like towels and coolers make packing easy. The private pool and close proximity to the beach are added gems. Linda and Jay are responsive to anything you might need during the week, and they take care of ordering any extras like bikes or baby gear. We have been renting this house for many years and we have seen some fabulous updates to the interior and exterior of the home. We have had all ages of family in the house and all felt comfortable.

Amazing location steps away from the beach. Bikes were a great addition with ability to ride everwhere we wanted to go on the island.

The home is very comfortable for multiple adult couples with children. The home has a real beach vacation vibe. We also enjoyed the private pool. The screened in porch is wonderful throughout the day.

Best of the best

We've stayed around the island for our family vacations for several years, and this location, house, pool and management company are the best of the best. The house had everything we needed and then some. The pool was perfectly warm for our early March spring break vacation. The location in Sea Pines was perfect, very close to the beach and walkable to restaurants and coffee. This is our second time renting through Beachside HHI, and they are fantastic. Every need anticipated and easy check-in and check-out process. They are helpful and available. We look forward to using them again and hopefully for this same house!

This was a perfect place to stay for a family trip to Hilton Head. We had four toddlers and four adults and the layout and location was perfect for us. Super close to the beach & a great pool (with complimentary heating!!!). Linda & Jay were excellent communicators, provided everything we needed, and made check in/out a breeze. Would love to come back again :) Only complaint is uncomfortable first floor bed!

Our family had a wonderful time at this beach house! It was so nicely decorated, the pool was great and the house was 2nd row from beach. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home for our family. We have already booked it again for next year!

Perfect vacation

This place was perfect! It was so nice and the perfect size for our family and such a short walk to the beach which we needed! Very private and quite. Easy contact with property managers and quick response time. Will be back for sure!

In summary, the rental process was easy and the hosts were great. However this property is OLD and you can't clean old... the bathrooms look to be original 70's tubs, showers, countertops and tile work. Walls have peeling paint, ceilings are popcorn texture and stained around all AC vents. The main deck looks to have 50 years of dirt and grim worn into the wood and the screens are dark. The outdoor deck patio furniture is pretty tired and stained as well. It would have been great if we had been informed that housed on both sides were under major construction. Mon-Fri, 8a-5p while we were in the house we had the pleasure of listening to constant construction noise vs. peaceful beach vibes. :(

Sorry you were disappointed by the house. The photos are quite accurate and capture the state of the bathrooms. Not sure why you were so shocked by dated bathrooms, when the photos are of dated bathrooms. We don't advertise this property has being super modern. In terms of the construction, unfortunately there is quite a bit of construction all around Sea Pines and it is completely out of our control. The patio loungers are actually less than a year old and it was power washed in the past month.

Great stay in Sea Pines

My family and I have stayed In Sea Pines a number of times over the years. I was disappointed I hadn’t found this house earlier. It is very close to the beach, has wide open areas for families to get together, the pool is very nice. My only complaint (or area of improvement) and it is minor, is the TVs are very small.

My favorite thus far

We have rented many times and last year we also liked our Sea Pines house which was first row versus this which is a second row. It was cheaper and actually had better bathrooms and just as close. Rebooked for next year, this house all we needed!

Awesome!

Great spot! All the bedrooms had adjoining bathrooms. Plenty of room for everyone. Very clean house. Great porch to sit on and hear the waves. One house from the beach. Two minute walk. This is the best bang for the buck you will find in Sea Pines. We have already planned to stay here next year.

Grea value in Sea Pines

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachwalk Cottage. The proximity to the ocean and beach path being right next to the house were big selling points for us. We loved the screened-in porch and wound up spending a lot of time in there. My husband also loved the fact that all of the TV’s were WiFi equipped, making streaming easy. The kitchen was adequately stocked and the water pressure in the master bath was excellent. We look forward to returning next year!

Excellent week @ Beachwalk Cottage

The updates to Beachwalk Cottage are fantastic!! We have been coming back for many years, and Jay & Linda made sure everything was in place for us to have a great week. The updated decor and landscaping added to an already perfect home. The location to the beach was perfect for our 2 young grandchildren. We had beautiful weather and spent the majority of the week outside, swimming, bike riding, walks on the beach, or eating at many great restaurants. We plan to return next year!

Wonderful Week at Beachwalk Cottage

We all enjoyed our beach week at Beachwalk Cottage. The home is nicely laid out for a three generation family with one bedroom on first floor and three on main floor all with king sized beds in nice sized bedrooms. Jay and Linda are very responsive and some minor issues were immediately addressed. Location is great too (beach access, easy walk to Beach Club, and near Ocean gate for trips outside of Sea Pines). Loved that they provide some common spices for cooking along with aluminum foil and plenty of trash bags, dish washer soap...Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Home for Family to Gather!

We gathered at Beachwalk Cottage from 4 different states to celebrate Thanksgiving together. The home was plenty big for the 7 of us and all of the living spaces (living room, screened porch, and downstairs room) made it even better. The two refrigerators and well equipped kitchen made meal prep and storage perfect! We were surprised by the huge pantry and large dining room (there is also a big table on the porch!). We loved the quick walk to the beautiful beach and the easy access to bike paths for bike rides everywhere - our whole family adores Beachwalk Cottage - we will be back!

Nice house

Nice house. Clean. Easy walk to beach and the beach club even for young kids. Construction on four of the houses surrounding this rental diminished our enjoyment of the property. Had we known about the construction, we would have rented elsewhere. The pool was great for our family, as it included a ledge that was large enough for our 2 year old to play and still had room for the rest of the kids to swim.
