Love timme in Orlando

The house was lovely. We had a greattine. We Where 18 person in total. It was not chairs to every body at the dining playce. The information about the beds was not as we understod it. We expected that it should be 20 beds as in the information. In total we can recomend the house for a lovely wistelse in Orlando.

Family gathering/Birthday

Property was great and as advertised. The pool the hot tub, the common area pool area were all fantastic. Only two issues to report. We could have used more glasses to drink with as well as the cleanliness of the baseboard areas. Knee-high to the floor need to be addressed as it looks dirty.

Wonderful place …. But watch the fine print.

Loved the house and pool it was so amazing. However, according to the check in packet it says. Guests are required to do a walkthrough of the home immediately upon arrival. Guest will have two - (2) Hours after the arrival of the first person that enters the home (electronic records will show access) to notify us of any damages, uncleaned areas, any other issues they find. Thereafter, it will be assumed that any issues reported / found was as a result of the guests staying.“Because of this statement there were things we found after the two hours but for fear of being charged for them we didn’t report. Thinks like a moldy shower curtain, many outlets in the house did not work, and yes we checked the breaker box. The pool and hot tub keys didn’t work correctly which if the pool was serviced once a week they would have seen that. The internet was not working and we notified the host who did not return our messages and we called the numbers on the packet. Someone came from the utility company but had no idea why it didn’t Work and left. I would stay again but have learned that we need to check outlets, shower curtains and the pool to make sure they are all working.

Beautiful house with something for everyone

We came for a weekend at Epcot. The location was perks for a quick drive to the park. Lots of good options and a grocery store are right down the road. The house had a perfect layout for large groups. The hot tub and pool were perfect after a long day in the park. Although we did not get a chance to sue them, the community pool looks amazing. There was even a lazy river. The host responded quickly to any issues we had and overall I highly recommend.

Beautiful house and resort

This house exceeded our expectations. Beautiful guest friendly house. Very well equiped and clean. Nicest pool area of all the VRBO houses we've stayed at. pool, hot tub were very warm. Enjoyed activities at Clubhouse. Will return! 10 out of 10 VRBO!

The best house for our family

We stayed 13 nights with a family group of 10 and loved the house. The included spa/pool heat was much appreciated! House had everything we needed and everyone had a great time relaxing after playing all day. Highly recommend this property for large groups needing a big house.

Just like the pictures

We had a wonderful time and our stay was fantastic! Our entire family made great use of the pool and hot tub as well as the facilities on the resort. It was close to Disney’s Magic Kingdom, Sea World, and the beach! Perfect location for what we needed! Everything was wonderful and we would definitely stay there again!

Christmas vacation

Overall our stay went very well. Property is exactly as described and overall was clean. Ran into one issue of the bathtub being clogged and the water not draining and was never resolved during our stay.

Thanksgiving

Great place. We had 16 people total and it was plenty of space. Hot tub was tricky as were the tv’s (some instructions would have been nice for both). Most everything in the kitchen for a large dinner. Bring kitchen towels and dish rags with you. We would definitely stay again. Parking in the neighborhood is terrible but just drive careful.

Family getaway

The property was just as pictured. The rooms were large and beds comfortable. The kitchen had all the cookware that we needed and we fixed 2 meals a day. The covered back patio with pool and hot tub was wonderful. No bugs! The host was very helpful responding to texts quickly both before and during our stay. We had one problem and someone came the next morning to take care of it. The club area was a bonus. There was no charge for the amenities (weight room, pool, water slides, lazy river and miniature golf). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Just a few helpful tidbits if you choose to stay here: The house is very large and we actually had trouble finding one upstairs bedroom as it looked like the opening to a closet and had accidently gotten locked. Once we texted the manager we found it and got in with no problems. You do need to bring your own supplies (toilet paper, dish soap, bathroom soaps, garbage bags and laundry supplies). There is a Publix about 5 minutes away. You will need to turn in a list of all guests and visitors to enter the neighborhood. Be sure to keep copies of all the tickets in case someone deletes theirs's. Problems: The hot tub seemed to have a mind of its own, sometimes it worked, sometimes not. It would have been helpful to have instructions posted over the switch for the hot tub. I learned the last day, that the automatic lights in the jack and jill bathroom upstairs did not stay on long enough and went out before showers were completed.

Beautiful 8 bedroom home

Family Vacation

This was the perfect place for our family vacation. The house was awesome and we were close to the attractions we wanted to visit. We all enjoyed the community pool area with the lazy river, water slides, putt-putt and game room. The host was easy to contact and helped with any questions we had relating to the property. I would definitely recommend this house to others and would definitely rent this house again.

False Advertising

I’ve never left a negative review, and nearly skipped the review completely, but people need to know that this place is not as advertised. Our group, five in total, could probably have shrugged some of this off had the owners cared, but it’s clearly owned by a company. Not a family. And the company only cares about $$. Cleanliness: long, dark hairs in the shower, slimy shower floor, short and curly hairs in the corners of the bathroom, urine on the back of the stool, dining room table was crumb covered (but covered by placemats), and the kitchen bar had smeared food on it. Pool and hot tub had green grapes scattered throughout the bottom. Not hot water in the master bath. And the hot tub was cold. We called the homeowner. No answer. We texted. Nothing. Sent a message through booking site and received a form response that someone would address our concerns as soon as possible. I kept calling and eventually did speak with someone who said the maintenance crew doesn’t work on weekends. On Tuesday, the air conditioning stopped working. Still no hot tub. We cleaned the house ourselves. I contacted the owners again and received the same firmed response I’d been getting since we checked in. One of our party was a very pregnant young lady and, when temps are in the 90’s, overheating is a concern. We sent another message and email because we were locked out of the thermostat for some reason. My electrician husband fixed the air. Not even a thank you from the owners. Horrible!

Great Vacation Home

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was well equipped and definitely met the needs of our group of 15. The kitchen and dining area are a big plus along with the large patio and fun pool. We would certainly go back.
