Parking on either side of the community is available, but for those that prefer to walk, beach options are approximately a 10–13-minute walk from the home. The larger of the 2 swimming pools, tennis courts and amenities are conveniently located JUST 2 doors down, which is a huge plus for families.

The area is surrounded with incredible trails to bike or hike, and the house comes equipped with complimentary use of 3 Adult and 2 kid’s bikes (with additional waiver), as well 4 Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs and 1 Tommy Bahama Umbrella. House is stocked with beach towels, and relaxation is ready to be had from the moment you step foot in the door.

Simasalt, is a single-family home with large, ultra-relaxing wrap around front porch and updated interior. The kitchen includes a gas cooktop, large island, and is well-equipped for cooking or baking! Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom. The master suite: one large bedroom downstairs with Sterns & Foster King and twin daybed. Custom bunk room with 3 twins. Smart Tv located in Living room and Master on main, with YouTube TV/streaming. Washer/dryer, tankless hot water heaters, and DSL High Speed internet as well.

The home includes parking for two vehicles in private paver driveway, as well as street parking in front of the house that can accommodate up to two additional vehicles when available.
