HÀrligt, ett sovrum med nya queen size madrass. Har stort vardagsrum med ett fullt utrustat kök fullt utrustat. Mycket attraktiva och bekvÀma. LÀmplig för tvÄ och kanske tvÄ barn (har utdragbar soffa). Kort promenad till stranden, 150 yards. TillgÄng till cyklar, grill, badutrustning. Vagnen Huset ligger bakom huvudbyggnaden som byggdes 1938 transport huset Àr en separat byggnad med egen ingÄng, trÀdgÄrd och parkering. Detta Àr verkligen "gamla Floridian" stil med alla moderna bekvÀmligheter. Perfekt för en tillflyktsort för en eller romantisk vecka för tvÄ. TvÄ mindre barn skulle vara acceptabelt.

My wife and I spent a week at this beautiful beach house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We woke up to ocean views every morning and ended each day with sunset walks just steps from the front door. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to great restaurants and local spots. Our host was thoughtful and responsive, making us feel truly welcome. We left feeling refreshed and already planning our next visit. Highly recommended!

Property was perfect for our family of 3. Didn't have to get back in the car once we got to the home. Walked to the beach and dinner. The neighborhood charm was one of a kind, we didn't want to leave! Definitely will be back.

This was a great spot for our quick trip to Grayton. Comfy, cool, close to everything. What a great option in the sea of overpriced luxury homes that are available in Grayton these days. Thank you for a great stay!

Fantastic Stay!

We loved our stay at this home and hope to return soon. We were 3 ladies on a girls get-a-way and it fit our needs perfect.....wonderful location steps to the beach and Red Bar! The owner is extremely helpful and the home was very clean and neat!

We enjoyed out week at this house. It was perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants within walking distance. The right size for two people. Everything you need for the beach was there except the bathing suits.

Great family vacation!

This house provided us (family of 3) with a wonderful vacation. The Grayton beach area is beautiful but we were able to have an even better time because of what was provided at the house. We used the beach equipment, bikes, and kitchen supplies daily. The owner was very easy to get a hold of and answered all of my many questions. We had a great time and were able to create wonderful family memories!

Just what we needed!

Rich’s place is located in a perfect location in the wonderful beach village of Grayton Beach. This unit has everything you need about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach area. Check in was flawless. Unit was clean and the bed was comfortable. we will definitely be returning!

Grayton Beach converts!

This was our first time to stay at Grayton Beach and we were not disappointed! Rich's place is ideal: easy walk to beach, surrounding shops and restaurants, several bikes and beach accessories are available to use, carriage house is well appointed and comfortable. Rich provided great check-in/out instructions and will respond quickly should you have any issues. We look forward to coming back!

Great stay in Grayton Beach

My daughter and I had a great Mother/daughter trip over New Years. This was a great location. While it was on the main road, it was quiet as it was behind the main house. We loved the use of bikes and beach chairs. While the bikes are old and most needed air in the tires, we were able to find 2 and enjoyed riding every day. Very clean and nice house. I would recommend staying here.

Cute as a Button!

Rich has such a great place on a beautiful beach along 30A. We are so happy to find this hidden gem! My 17 year old daughter and I wanted a beach getaway & Rich’s place exceeded expectations. Ideal walk to the beach, with all beach items given to us, from wagons to play toys. I’ve already told my friends about this perfect place to stay on the beach who are looking for a great beach getaway. Perfect for romantic getaways for couples, small families & a perfect trip with your teenager., Cute as a Button can meet all your needs!

Nice and clean house

We had a nice visit. The house was very clean, but the kitchen pots and pans were limited. It would have been better for the kitchen to be a bit more equipped. Beautiful area. We had trouble with getting into he house when we got there, but fortunately we were able to reach the owner and get that resolved quickly.

Historic Grayton beach home, built in 1934. Grayton Beach was founded in 1890.
Was a hide-out for Bonnie & Clyde in their day. Nearly all of the original beach homes are still standing and in good shape, most are one or two story. A few newer homes on water front are up to four stories. The ambience of a traditional historic REEL Florida beach community is still present. Park and walk to nearly any where you or family/friends wanna go.
